He was also kind and patient with my two small children who were with me for part of the transaction (let's be honest- little kids are a lot less than helpful at a car dealership!!), and even went and bought them breakfast when they mentioned being hungry. I was impressed with the amount of time they took with me help me understand why at this point in time I could not purchase a new car from them. Or anywhere. I knew going into there that it would be a fairy large stretch for me to get a loan because of the Damage Done by Tri City. What was refreshing is that they sat down and went over Tire details and told me why this happened. Additionally, the finance department was friendly and relaxed, and the service department could not have been more attentive and informative. Every single person I've worked with has been friendly and warm, and I don't get the sense that anyone is trying to pull one over on me. I would 100% recommend this dealership. More
