When we show up (with our two year old), Berto has the paperwork ready, car ready, and makes sure we are taken care of while we wait for all the paperwork to process. Berto knows what we can and can't afford and doesn't push anything that is outside of our budget range. He even entertains our son when he starts showing signs of restlessness. He was described as "The salt of the earth" type of guy. Well, he was just that, and came through for me on the purchase of my new 2017 Toyota Tacoma (My 6th Tacoma). I had a lot of specific demands for this vehicle and had requested nearly every accessory available, to include after-market leather install. I also had a very tight margin of where I wanted to be on the trade and purchase price. Berto delivered to me the exact vehicle I asked for with every accessory installed and ready at the time of delivery and at the price which we had agreed on. He came in on his day off to finalize the sale (paperwork had already been completed, he didn't have to). He was very friendly, not pushy whatsoever, and easy to do business with. I had already referred a co-worker to Berto before I had even had a chance to meet him and the co-worker was very satisfied with the sales experience and time spent with Berto during the purchase of his 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum. I am a very picky individual by nature and often hard to please, sometimes to a fault. I would definitely return to Prime and most certainly would ask again for Berto Arroyo. You should do the same.
