I say this because he makes you feel like he is your personal assistant. He gives you advise per your specific needs, and will do the leg work to make sure you get what you want, and or need. Berto will not try and sell you something just to sell something, he actually cares. Also, just as important as the sale; If you have any issues with your purchase, Berto is there for you then as well. His cell phone doesn't suddenly stop working. Berto, was that good? you said I would get new floor mats if I said something nice. LOL :) More

Joe Bruni shouldn't be dealing with the public Unfortunately my experience with Prime wasn't as good as I expected after reading all the reviews. I received a "low ball" offer for my trade ($4000 Unfortunately my experience with Prime wasn't as good as I expected after reading all the reviews. I received a "low ball" offer for my trade ($4000 less than blue book trade value) and I made a counter offer.. One of the sales managers, Joe Bruni, returned from the sales offices with my paperwork. He was aggressive and condescending. Needless to say, I didn't buy the vehicle. I was contacted later by my salesperson, who had been very pleasant and he was apologetic for my experience.. More

Ask for Berto Arroyo I knew the car I was interested in and went to the dealer to take a look. A few new cars had just come off the truck, and Berto showed me one that met I knew the car I was interested in and went to the dealer to take a look. A few new cars had just come off the truck, and Berto showed me one that met all of my criteria. I had not intended to buy the car that day, but the trade in value on my current car was terrific - so I went for it. Berto was not pushy, answered all of my questions, and was polite and professional. He is truly a nice individual. Berto took the extra step to make sure the roof rack was installed before I left the lot. Before I drove away he paired my cell phone, went over all the controls, and made sure I was comfortable.
