Berto knows what we can and can't afford and doesn't push anything that is outside of our budget range. He even entertains our son when he starts showing signs of restlessness. He was described as "The salt of the earth" type of guy. Well, he was just that, and came through for me on the purchase of my new 2017 Toyota Tacoma (My 6th Tacoma). I had a lot of specific demands for this vehicle and had requested nearly every accessory available, to include after-market leather install. I also had a very tight margin of where I wanted to be on the trade and purchase price. Berto delivered to me the exact vehicle I asked for with every accessory installed and ready at the time of delivery and at the price which we had agreed on. He came in on his day off to finalize the sale (paperwork had already been completed, he didn't have to). He was very friendly, not pushy whatsoever, and easy to do business with. I had already referred a co-worker to Berto before I had even had a chance to meet him and the co-worker was very satisfied with the sales experience and time spent with Berto during the purchase of his 2016 Toyota Tundra Platinum. He made sure someone covered for him when he was called away for personal reasons, and even the "Swap Guy I worked with Berto Arroyo at Prime Toyota. This was during the difficult "stop sell" period that Prius' were going through. I contacted three other dealers, and Berto found me the car I wanted first, and quickly when other dealers said it would be weeks, at an unbelievable price. And the car he sold me had some additional features I had not requested but he stayed with the original price he had quoted me. And he offered me an incredible interest rate on a loan. Also, for just $10/month, I purchased a warranty and maintenance contract that covers my oil changes and routine maintenance as well as 100% of parts and labor for ANYTHING that goes wrong with my car for 7 years. I never felt pressured, I always felt appreciated, and the whole experience was top of the line. More
