However, after a recent accident totaled my car, I was back at Prime on the lookout for a replacement vehicle. Based on my 2013 experience, Berto was still my "go to" guy, and he was still amazing! He made my vehicle purchase a no pressure affair. He was knowledgeable about the upgrades made to the 2016 RAV4, and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. He took the time to really listen, and genuinely put me, the customer, first, even providing me with some Chinese food on site as my paperwork wrapped up! Impressed is an understatement! I traveled over 100 miles to get my new RAV4 from Prime. The dealership that I bought my previous car from wouldn't even give me the time of day!!! Pr I traveled over 100 miles to get my new RAV4 from Prime. The dealership that I bought my previous car from wouldn't even give me the time of day!!! Prime took my trade and never told me I was "upside down" in it, never tried to make it feel like I had a worthless trade in. They bought my non-Toyota brand car when the dealer that sold it to me would not even give me CLOSE to what Prime did and Prime doesn't even sell my former brand of car! Jim always got back to me in a very timely fashion. The other dealer wouldn't even respond back to me. I feel if you are in the business to sell cars, the customer should always be first and you should never feel like a bother or burden to them. A car is the second biggest investment we make so we should be able to do it with confidence. Jim Crocker was beyond helpful, professional and down to earth. Not once did I feel pressured and when other dealers said they thought Prime's price was not going to be as quoted, that it was a "bait and switch" it was EXACTLY to the cent what they had told me, no strings attached. They never tried to add on any extra "fees" or sell me anything more than a new car. The paperwork was ready when I got there as promised and I did not have to sit there as the salesperson went back and fourth to managers... The longest part of this was getting the plates off my old car and put on my new one! The paperwork took less then 5 minutes, which is unheard of I'm the industry of buying a car. They went above and beyond what I expected our of a dealer and I will highly recommend them to everyone I know. Keep up the great work and I will gladly travel the 100 miles to see Jim and the beautiful building you have with exceptional waiting area!!
