I contacted Berto through a recommendation from a work buddy, and he immediately started giving me options. Everything about my communication with Berto was excellent - he always answered promptly, always answered my questions, and never pressured me into coming in, buying right away, or consider things that were outside of my means. Berto found exactly what I was looking for, gave me the best deal right up front, and gave me the time and space to make a decision. I gave him about an hours notice that I wanted to come in and he said no problem. After the deal was done, he took the time to show me things in the truck that we hadn't gone over yet - helping me set my phone and radio settings, going over XM radio settings, etc. He was there after the dealership closed, without hesitation, to make sure I was a happy customer. Easily the best experience I could have imagined. Its easy: If you're looking for an honest salesman, who makes you feel comfortable, informed, and the top priority - Berto is your guy. I was sent to BERTO with hopes of finding something, from the first phone call he made me feel at ease. Made the process so easy for me got me a great deal. When going up to test drive the car we were greeted with great respect offered drinks and food. I have never been in a dealer with such great people. Superior service and overall excellent experience! We have been looking for a new car for a few weeks, and was referred to Berto at Prime Saco. I was NOT expecting to walk in and be treated like royalty. I've never bought from a dealer before, so I was expecting hard sales tactics and all the stuff you hear about from friends or on TV. Not the case here! My family was greeted with lunch and cold drinks (it was HOT out!) while we waited for the car we picked to be brought around. Berto set up the car with a dealer plate and off we went. When we got back, he explained all the pricing options and took care of all the paperwork with our bank. Overall, everything about buying a new (or in my case, CPO) car from a dealer is amazing at Prime! More

I have purchased many cars in the past and have had okay experiences but never have I had the car buying experience that I have when I work with Berto and the team at Prime Toyota, that's why I keep going back!!! In the past I have found buying a new vehicle a stressful experience but now it's fun and easy!! I just call the dealership and ask for Berto, by the time I get to the dealership he has already done so much work work searching for the right vehicle for me!
