Berto Arroyo made right what other salesman wouldn't. I purchased a car from Prime Ford and was met with nothing but problems. After debating back and forth with that dealer, I decided to return the car a I purchased a car from Prime Ford and was met with nothing but problems. After debating back and forth with that dealer, I decided to return the car as I was within my 30 day window. Once Prime Ford heard that they became extremely unprofessional and told me I couldn't go anywhere else. Well, that wasn't the case. I brought my troubles and issues over to Prime Toyota and was met with outstanding customer service, friendly people and a decent manager who assured me that my troubles were over. Berto is a fantastic salesman who goes above and beyond for his clients. Not only did he stay several hours later than his shift, but he fixed the little issues I found at no inconvenience to me- he came to my work and picked up/dropped off the vehicle!
