The lease was up on my 2011 Prius and I needed to make a decision for another vehicle. Devlan worked with me, and Jim Melanson to get the best deal I could and still remain ina Prius - a car I have really grown to love - this is now my 4th Prius. I started with a 2004 - then a 2004, then a 2011, and now a 2013 Prius C. I love the car, even tho I am down to a bare bones model! I still feel it is the right vehicle for me. Both Devlan and Jim put no sales pressure on me and worked to make the figures "right" so I could make this transition as easy as possible. I was formerly employed by Prime Toyota and Prime Volkswagen, but that did not influence this review. I am stating that because of the below requirement which I am required to check in order for this review to be posted! Foolishness! More

I went in looking to find out more information about a vehicle. I was presented with a number of options and when I selected the one that fit best for me, the salesmen immediately focused on that and didn vehicle. I was presented with a number of options and when I selected the one that fit best for me, the salesmen immediately focused on that and didn't try to talk me into something else. When he found out that the color of the vehicle he was going to have me test drive wasn't my top choice, he went and got the top choice color for me to test instead. I loved the vehicle and the deal and wanted to step away to think more about it and consider the whole package. I wasn't pressured to close right then and I didn't get the "what will it take to get you into this car today" line either. He allowed me to walk away and come back a little bit later to close the deal. Easy, no pressure sales process and very friendly people that won't push you to make the decision they want you to make. Couldn't recommend this dealer and salesmen more. More
We originally had an appointment for our 50,000 mile service on our Rav 4. As we went in to the waiting area, we were approached by a very friendly lady, named Jeanne (the Customer Care Manager). We talked with her for several minutes, and then decided we would look into the possibility of trading our 2009 Rav for a 2014 Rav 4. Jeanne introduced us to a young man by the name of John Psiakis. He took the time to first ask what we liked best about our Rav4. He was very patient, informative, and kind. He spent time with us, and was never pushy. He clearly cared about our input, and really "listened" to what our needs and wants were. This is our third purchase at Prime Toyota, and we truthfully have to say this was the BEST experience we have had. In our view - John Psiakis made that happen. More

I called him with a question about five days after buying my new car with a question and he called me right back. I know that at anytime I can call him and he will be there to help. I believe this would be true a year down the road. He truly all about customer service! He does not talk you into anything that you do not want. He listens to what you want and works with you. Peter is awesome also. I cannot get into my entire story but Peter is truly about customer service and satisfaction! If I ever had a issue with my vehicle he would be there to help! My husband and I keep going back to Prime. Prime also has a great inventory to choose from. More

The welcome extended and the "Prime True Market price" provided by Stacey Tavares, Internet Sales Specialist set the stage for another positive experience at Prime Toyota. The subsequent in-person introduction to Wendy Lewis gives evidence of a team-orientation in the sales department. Wendy's taking me through the process of the sale and pickup of the 2014 Toyota Corolla was excellent. The hour-long wait to meet with the gentleman authorized to complete the purchasing "paper-work" was the only aspect of the service that might be improved upon. More
