Best Car buying experience to date. Berto showed me around the previously owned lot and there were several cars that were perfect! I chose an awesome white Avenger that was spotless. The price couldn't be beat and they got me a great interest rate that I could afford. I also decided to get the extended warranty because my payment barely went up & I knew I would not have to worry about anything for years!!This was a nice easy experience and I didn't waste a whole day sitting around a dealership. I was in an out very fast enjoying a great summer day in my new car. I am very very happy & will tell all of my friends to go see Berto. More

manufacturing default My ECU is dead. Transmission will be next. They knowingly sold me my '02 RAV4 ,and that this would eventually happen. Took it in and they refuse to fi My ECU is dead. Took it in and they refuse to fix it for free or at a discount. $5000 to fix if the transmission is dead as well as ECU. Complained on Facebook. Had several people rallying for me. Pleading with them to fix my car. The problem wasn't caused by anything I did or didnt do. They're salty because i dont drive 30 min to have them service my car. I go to AAA right by my house. Now the GM is getting a tad bit nasty. With my supporters too. We're all blocked from their Facebook page and all posts removed. This is my 5 th Toyota . Never have i had such problems, and being treated like Im the bad guy. Why sell cars you know will have a problem at some point? A dangerous problem! I chose this car because i am disabled and i can get in and out easily. There's room for my walker, wheelchair when needed and my service dog. Now I can't get to hospital, dr's, pharmacy etc... Do the right thing. More
