Berto Arroyo was a amazing manager that helped me through the steps of getting my brand new 2014 corolla sport. He was there for us all the way to the end, weighing the option to buy the leased RAV 4, to the final decision of a new lease. The toughest part for us was when we had to sign off on the old lease and have an inspection on the vehicle without being there. We had no idea that that was going to happen. Also that we could be charged for anything that they see wrong with the car. This was very scary for us. We took very good care of the car but when other people open their car doors and bump yours you have no control. Well we are still waiting for that report. I do wish we had more of a heads up on that. But that has to do with Toyota. Again, thanks to Jim for all his help. We love our new RAV 4! Greg and Laurie Chapman More

Scott MacDonald was a great sales person- we would use him again,no problem! There were issues with the title to the car we bought that took 10 days to resolve. This was beyond Scott's control.The Sal him again,no problem! There were issues with the title to the car we bought that took 10 days to resolve. This was beyond Scott's control.The Sales Manager (don't know his name???) could have been much more pro-active in dealing with us about the title delay. Once we made a small stink about the long delay, the title "magically" appeared in the mail- on Columbus Day when mail is not delivered. I wonder where it had been sitting for days??? Also, when we wanted to get a credit on our AMEX card for the $3000 deposit (because of the delay in getting the car), we were told by the sales team, "American Express won't do credit card credits. Sorry..." This was completely false- I called AMEX and they said they would be happy to do a credit. It turns out that the dealership doesn't like to do AMEX credit card credits because they are so expensive. Sorry... I don't like being lied to. Just be honest and it will serve your reputation much better. So, we finally got the car after a long delay. It could have been handled WAY better and I was surprised because PRIME has such a good reputation and we purchased our last car there and came back because it had been a good experience. More
