Since our first acquaintance with Mike, we knew him to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable and so we were not at all surprised to find him again up to his own high standard. We were surprised, however, when we called the dealership the following week to speak to our salesman about a part that we had arranged to pick up when it came in. Our salesman was out sick, but Mike didn't hesitate to take our call, and gently rebuffing our declarations that he not go to any bother, he went to the trouble to make sure the part was there and ready for us to pick up, and called us back. Clearly this is not a employee whose goal is anything other than to make sure your customers are happy and to represent your company in such an excellent way. More
