Another great Prime Toyota Saco experience! My parents recently bought their second Toyota at Prime and so when it was time for me to upgrade my 2006 Highlander I went straight to Prime (from Massachusett recently bought their second Toyota at Prime and so when it was time for me to upgrade my 2006 Highlander I went straight to Prime (from Massachusetts). Berto took the time to go through all the vehicle and add on options ensuring that he located the exact new Highlander I was looking for. There was no bargaining needed as he wrote up an offer that couldn't be beat and I knew simply couldn't go lower. My boyfriend can't wait for the 2014 Tundras to come so he can upgrade his Tundra and visit with our friend Berto. I'm happy to be a part of the Prime Saco family and would suggest anyone else looking for a new car to not bother with anyone else and go straight to Prime! More

I came to Prime Toyota, because I was treated so well at another dealership of yours. I did not receive the same service with your dealership. We had made a deal on truck and I gave a deposit. After spending a lot of time working on a deal I was told a few days later that the truck they were getting was sold. I was told that they would find another one but after waiting a few days for a response I never got one. I felt I was treated poorly to say the leased. I was able to find another dealer who was more than willing to help me out. So I'm driving my new Toyota Tundra and as far as Toyota is concerned the best truck on the market. This is my 3rd Tundra, and many of my friends have own Toyota's, but will never buy one from Prime Toyota. I hope this answers the poor rating I gave. More

I recently purchased a 2013 Toyota RAV4 from Prime Toyota. I visited several dealerships in the area, looking for a small SUV with AWD, solid gas mileage, and the ability to transport two kayaks. Berto Arroyo provided a truly enjoyable, no pressure sales experience. I test drove the RAV4 on one day, and ended up coming back to buy a few days later. Unlike the experience at a nearby dealership that claimed to be "no pressure," but really tried the full court press for me to buy that day, Berto told me that he would be happy to assist me when I was ready. That attitude, coupled with the quality of the vehicle, were my main reasons for purchasing from Prime. That being said, I also wanted a good deal. I reached out to a few dealerships within a reasonable driving distance, and received quotes via email on comparably equipped RAVs. When I presented them to Berto, he checked in with the sales manager, and in less than five minutes, matched the price, eliminating a longer drive and allowing me to purchase locally. The deal was so reasonable that there was no reason for any additional haggling; I knew that I was getting the vehicle at a very good price, while still allowing the dealership to make a profit. During both of my visits to Prime Toyota, Berto was nothing but down to earth, genuinely gregarious, and extremely helpful. In a profession that has a reputation for saying just about anything to a buyer to score a sale, Berto was a straight shooter. He was appreciative of my time and effort, and really made the entire process surprisingly smooth. He even insisted on setting up the Bluetooth system so it worked with my cellphone. Berto also called me several days later to check in, and again expressed his appreciation for me being a customer. Berto is an EXCELLENT sales person. My husband first met him when my sister had to bring her Rav4 in for service and he was very helpful. My husband contacted Berto and told him what we were looking for. It was his day OFF and he called us back the same day within the hour to tell us he could get the car we were looking for. We struck a deal that I was satisfied with. Whenever I called him he always responded right away. He is very professional and customer focused and an asset to your dealership. He deserves a raise for dealing with us! We asked a million questions and never once did he lose patience or act like he was annoyed. Before you know it, I was test driving it, talking numbers and handing my keys over for the Avalon.. It was that simple. In dealing with both Berto and Jesse, I know that I am going to get the best price, no need to shop around. I am going to get an honest and caring salesman, who is going to listen to my needs and take into consideration what I want.. My decision was simple, thanks to Berto and the team at Prime.
