We had an excellent experience with James Cline when buying our car. We have had nothing but bad news in the past 2 years and when we went to Prime we had the best news. I have 4 children and hate to take my car to be serviced but with Prime they have a play room, a touch tank, a pool table, cafe, a manicurist,,, you can't ask for anything else. My wife and I felt that the dealership did not care about us as a customer, they were after the bottom line and we were turn away that night without a car. I told them that I needed a car for work the next d us as a customer, they were after the bottom line and we were turn away that night without a car. I told them that I needed a car for work the next day, we have been to 8 dealership and tested over 20 cars. I told them how much I like the car that I have test ride. We had a check, ready to make a deal, no games no tricks. Over and over we could not make a deal because of the different of $114. They try to get us to refinance to meet their asking prices, we kept telling them we can not afford anymore. We would not recommend this dealership to anyone who want a fair deal and work with a dealership that cares a little bit more than $114. We were told over the phone that the car was on sale for $18,500. Our $20,000, check just wasn't enough. More
