Having made my decision to own a Toyota as I have had great results with the 2 Camrys I purchased for my daughters I selected 4 dealers in the area. AS we all know shopping for a new vehicle at a dealership can be a real challenge, back and forth pricing,not including all the hidden fees etc. I did not get that type of response at Prime.Berto Arroyo met me at the showroom and did his job very professionally and in a timely manner.When all considerations were done I got what I wanted and Prime did also. A very enjoyable experience in buying a new vehicle.Again Berto did a great job and made my time their most enjoyable.Mike Horowitz did the closing ceremonies in a very timely fashion and got me a better deal than I exspected.I want to thank both of you gentlemen for all you did. I purchased a loaded new 2012 Toyota Camry with a good deal today and it was a pleasant experiment for me to purchas my first car. My mom and I were there for five hours. Within that five hours, Berto had encouraged me to drive taught me many things about Pyris and Camry (that were the two cars that I was interested in).For all the questions that I had asked, Berto was very patient to explain all the details and make sure he answered my questions and I understood them. As we were waiting for our new car, Berto bought us sandwich and asked if we want anything to drink (that was the nicest thing). Berto had show that he care about us and show respect as being his customers and I did not feel pursures that I have to purchase certain cars. While I was trying out cars, Berto was like being a friend that give us advises on cars and offer us great deal on our car. We were surprised by their straight forward, low pressure sales approach. We conversed several times with Jan Long over a period of a week before going to the dealership.
