I've been a loyal customer of Prime for ten years now and was so pleased when it changed hands. I bought my first car from Prime and, being young and unsure of the best way to care for my car, I loyally ret was so pleased when it changed hands. Since Ira took over, the quality of service, both inside and outside the garage has phenomonally improved. So, when my first car started to come undone, after ten solid years of performance, and needed more work than I could afford, there was no doubt in my mind as to where I was going to replace my baby. Jennifer in Service recommended Chris Green and he called my house before I'd even gotten home looking to see what he could do to help. When he couldn't find the car I was looking for, he suggested the Scion XD, which met every requirement I'd given him. I knew nothing about the Scion, but as I researched, I was amazed with how accurate a suggestion it was, and how Chris had really listened to what I needed. He was friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgable about the car he was selling - and not afraid to admit when he didn't know something, but more than happy to find someone who did. The experience at Prime was completely different than at Berlin City. Everything was straightforward and just felt honest, and very respectful of our time. Met JD our salesperson who quickly found the vehicle we were interested in and the negotiation process was really very straightforward. We weren't planning on buying just yet but they gave us such a good price that we bought and have been nothing but happy with the entire experience. Not enough can be said about Berto. He sold me my 3rd vehicle,2012 Carola as well as 07 Tundra, and 09 Carola. He has also with My referral Sold vehicles to my Brother, his wife, my father, and now my el vehicle,2012 Carola as well as 07 Tundra, and 09 Carola. 2 weeks ago I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and the experience could not have been smoother. Chris realized I was pressed for time and went out of his way to ensure the process was a quick as possible experience could not have been smoother. We searched the internet and found a few we might be interested in. Stopped by Prime Toyota to look at an SUV. We drove through the lot to find it,but couldn't seem to locate it. A salesman named Chris asked if he could help us.I gave him the stock # that I was looking for. He was able to find the SUV located out back getting ready for the body shop. We were able to see this vehicle as it had been traded in. It appeared to be what we were looking for.After all the required work had been done to this vehicle,we came back to test drive the SUV. Chris was able to work with us on getting a deal finalized.I would recommend any customer to see Chris if they like being treated with respect and to work with a fair sales person. On a return trip for a couple of service items they were very prompt in getting this vehicle in and out.My daughter is very happy with the vehicle and the courteous people at this dealership. More
