This would be the third vehicle my husband and I have purchased in three years from Prime. We unfortunately had to replace our truck that had been totaled in an accident. We'd worked with Berto last year when we needed to buy a car and there was no question or hesitation in our minds. He worked with us to get us the monthly payment we needed, and got us the truck that my husband REALLY wanted. The one thing I was REALLY impressed with, and I am sorry to say that I do not remember his name, but the gentleman who helped us work out our financial information was really great. He figured out that we had not cancelled our warranty for the original truck and was able to get us back some money. It would have never occurred to me to do this, and I was pleased that he had the forethought to check it out. I have recommended Prime to several of my friends, two of which bought their cars there, and I will continue to do so. I'm sure in a few years when we are ready to upgrade our car, we'll be heading on over to Prime again! More

Had to wait with my daughter for four hours for a simple car purchase. There were no problems. Just busy I guess and a mix up. But very tiring. Was told my daughter could BUY a snack. They would not accept a wire transfer or personal check, even though they could talk to my bank loan officer. Not accept a wire transfer? Very high pressure to finance there, over and over, by their business manager. The reason for our long buying experience. Then they were going to sell me the one year old Legacy with ONE set of keys! Who does that? Its $200 to buy and program another set. They knew what they were doing. I had to drive back to get the car two days later. I would have walked, but my daughter wanted it. Everybody their is friendly to your face, but acts very superior. Not a pleasant experience. More

Just about 4 weeks now, I found the car of my dreams, and put the team to work to make it happen. Hers's my feedback: - Sales: Stephen Santos - No pressure, just a willingness to help find the car, the financing, the options you need. Super-helpful. Nice guy. - Finance: the best. Works hard and solicits multiple bids to capture the best terms. - Sales management: No games. Ready and willing to do whatever you need to ensure satisfaction with this dealership. - Service: The best, the best, the best. After my husband bought his truck, I wanted to buy a toneau cover, have it installed, as a surprise birthday present. The entire service department got involved... They called him with a fabricated reason to bring in the truck "to be looked at".... Installed the cover, then delivered the finished product with applause and a message of " happy birthday from your wife." :-) More Service: Bring in your vehicle, have coffee and a cookie on the house! Hungry? They have a cafe and will make you a sandwich. Saturday appointment? There's a Nail tech to do your nails. Need to work? WiFi works. Bottom line, I bought a car here because this dealership is so great. I would tell anyone to buy their next car here... And have done so. More
