Berto sold me a car about 6 years ago and recently I was in the postion to have to trade the car in. I am on a fixed income and didn't really know what I was going to do. He is very interested in what the customer wants. I told him to find me a car within my price range and he did just that. Most often you tell a sales person what you can spend and they come back with a figure over what you requested. That means they aren't listening to the customer. After a rough start and a couple of visits to Prime Toyota; I thought things were at a standstill. Even though I liked the 2012 Camry better than any car I'd looked at - I was shopping other brands Toyota; I thought things were at a standstill. Even though I liked the 2012 Camry better than any car I'd looked at - I was shopping other brands anyway. Luckily the general Sales Manager, Jesse Freitas, sent me an e-mail to ask how things were goin, and if there was anything he could do for me. I sent a fairly polite note back saying they weren't so good, and I'd had a disappointing visit. I liked the Camry, but wanted to talk with him about it. He was willing and happy to see me. My request on delivery times and exact details is a little different than usual, because I'm buying the car as a gift in the recipient's name. She will get the car - then we will return to Prime and fill out all the paperwork a day or so later. Maybe that was what was confusing the sales team the night I was in. Anyway, Mr. Freitas could not have been nicer. He's making it possible for me to spring the biggest surprise of somebody's life... a brand new car that she has no idea is in the picture. Her best hope has been that she will get a seven year old car with 125,000 miles on it that her mother drives now. So this will be a huge surprise. And a very nice car too. Compared to the other vehicles out there in this general price range, the Camry is the class of the field. Prime Toyota showed great creativity in making this deal happen. They worked with me - and that is what what counts! More

I went to visit Prime Toyota after shopping for a few days for a vehicle. I narrowed my search down to a few brands of cars but wasn't sure what I really wanted. I am 16 with a permit and no license yet but I was looking for a used car for about 10-12k. we got Berto's number from another used cars salesmen. As soon as we walked into the dealership you could fe looking for a used car for about 10-12k. we got Berto's number from another used cars salesmen. As soon as we walked into the dealership you could feel the energy and wanted to buy anything from that dealer. We also tried looked at about 8 other dealers, the cars weren't bad. All of the dealers that we have gone to wouldn't let me test drive because I had no license. When we went to Prime Toyota, I asked Berto if I was allowed to test drive. With out hesitation he said YES! I bought the car it is a 2002 Toyota highlander for 9,999. Berto brought it down to 9,500 out he door! We will definitely be back t buy another car down the road because of this great costumer service! More
