It has been quite a while since I went car shopping, and some of my memories of buying a car from prior dealerships are not the most happy. My salesman, Neil Brown, was helpful, straightforward, pleasant and knowledgeable while walking me through the process of buying a car. He asked me all the right questions and actually found me the exact car I wanted on the first try. If he could not answer a question, he made sure he got the answer for me. In fact, everyone I dealt with at Prime Toyota was polite, helpful and not at all pushy from start to finish. I would recommend Prime Toyota to anyone looking for a new or used car and I would especially advise them to ask for Neil. More

I went into this dealership thinking of buying a new car with 4 wheel drive. The salesman(Tom) approached me with the friendliest smile I have ever seen. For the next 4 hours this guy just had the most pati with 4 wheel drive. The salesman(Tom) approached me with the friendliest smile I have ever seen. For the next 4 hours this guy just had the most patience with me. He explained things and answered all of my (sometimes dumb) questions. He was never pushy(which I cannot stand and would have walked out) but was determined to find the right car to suit my needs. It was just such a nice friendly dealership and I will return to this dealership and this salesman the next time i purchase a vehicle. I think the thing they have going for them is that they are not phoney pushy, fake people, they raelly do care about their customers. My boyfriend had bought a new Toyota from Berto, and I absolutly loved it and could not believe the deal he got.
