Where do I begin. Berto is the BEST salesman anybody could ever get, seriously. If you have the opportunity to meet him, do so!! They take care of you! Couldn't have imagined it being better than it was! Will ONLY go to them from now on! TY TY Prime! Then when I finally picked the one I wanted, at first we couldn't get it approved by Toyota, and even though it took from about noon time to 5pm they made it happen! They ended up taking such good care of me that my financing ended up being WAY better than any bank could give me (5.1% interest rate and im 21y/o) but got 5year extended bumper to bumper warranty and my payment was cheaper than any other vehicle I've looked at, and they also gave me an extra $1000.00 for my trade in (even though it wasn't worth it) to make it work. Initially I took my 2000 Toyota Tacoma to the service center since it failed inspection due to the frame being completely rusted out, and I wanted to find out if it was one of the vehicles that had been center since it failed inspection due to the frame being completely rusted out, and I wanted to find out if it was one of the vehicles that had been recalled due to that problem. An appointment was scheduled and it was determined that the frame was totaled and could not be repaired, but since it was on the recall list, Toyota would buy it at above high book value. I was provided a 2010 Toyota Camry as a free loaner. The next day I received a phone call from Toyota in Irving, Texas giving me the buy back price. I accepted and they faxed me the paperwork and I faxed it back. The next day after inquiring at Prime on line, I received a phone call from a sales representative and made an appointment for between 2 - 3 PM that day to look at new vehicles. I met with sales associate, Stephen Santos, and found a Toyota Corolla that I liked and took it home later that day. No pressure what so ever! Because he was so nice and casual, I decieded to stop by later that day to look for a car. He was awesome! I wasn't even sure really what I wanted, but he helped me narrow it down! He was amazing. Never once did I feel pressure to buy the car. When I wasn't sure what I wanted he was even going to have another car brought up from another dealership in MA. I thought that was outstanding! When I finally decieded which one I wanted my husband went down to work out the details! I got a new car delivered to my house for my birthday!!!!!!! It even had a bow!
