Had to wait with my daughter for four hours for a simple car purchase. There were no problems. Just busy I guess and a mix up. But very tiring. Was told my daughter could BUY a snack. They would not accept a wire transfer or personal check, even though they could talk to my bank loan officer. Not accept a wire transfer? Very high pressure to finance there, over and over, by their business manager. The reason for our long buying experience. Then they were going to sell me the one year old Legacy with ONE set of keys! Who does that? Its $200 to buy and program another set. They knew what they were doing. I had to drive back to get the car two days later. I would have walked, but my daughter wanted it. Everybody their is friendly to your face, but acts very superior. Not a pleasant experience. More

I initially became familiar with this dealer when my husband purchased a new Tacoma truck here earlier this year, the service after the sale was so good, the sales follow up, the little things they do husband purchased a new Tacoma truck here earlier this year, the service after the sale was so good, the sales follow up, the little things they do to make their Customers feel appreciated and "part of the family" made such an impression on me that I began searching their used car inventory to purchase a car of my own here. Just about 4 weeks now, I found the car of my dreams, and put the team to work to make it happen. Hers's my feedback: - Sales: Stephen Santos - No pressure, just a willingness to help find the car, the financing, the options you need. Super-helpful. Nice guy. - Finance: the best. Works hard and solicits multiple bids to capture the best terms. - Sales management: No games. Ready and willing to do whatever you need to ensure satisfaction with this dealership. - Service: The best, the best, the best. After my husband bought his truck, I wanted to buy a toneau cover, have it installed, as a surprise birthday present. The entire service department got involved... They called him with a fabricated reason to bring in the truck "to be looked at".... Installed the cover, then delivered the finished product with applause and a message of " happy birthday from your wife." :-) More Service: Bring in your vehicle, have coffee and a cookie on the house! Hungry? They have a cafe and will make you a sandwich. Saturday appointment? There's a Nail tech to do your nails. Need to work? WiFi works. Bottom line, I bought a car here because this dealership is so great. I would tell anyone to buy their next car here... And have done so. More

Berto sold me a car about 6 years ago and recently I was in the postion to have to trade the car in. I am on a fixed income and didn't really know what I was going to do. I work full time and am very dependant on a vehicle. I called Berto! He listened to me. Before trying to sell me a car, he did everything he could to allow me to weigh my options. He is very interested in what the customer wants. I told him to find me a car within my price range and he did just that. Most often you tell a sales person what you can spend and they come back with a figure over what you requested. That means they aren't listening to the customer. Berto listens and gets you what you want. I was very impressed with the treatment I received at Prime from everyone, especially Berto. He's the man! More

After a rough start and a couple of visits to Prime Toyota; I thought things were at a standstill. Even though I liked the 2012 Camry better than any car I'd looked at - I was shopping other brands Toyota; I thought things were at a standstill. Even though I liked the 2012 Camry better than any car I'd looked at - I was shopping other brands anyway. Luckily the general Sales Manager, Jesse Freitas, sent me an e-mail to ask how things were goin, and if there was anything he could do for me. I sent a fairly polite note back saying they weren't so good, and I'd had a disappointing visit. I liked the Camry, but wanted to talk with him about it. He was willing and happy to see me. My request on delivery times and exact details is a little different than usual, because I'm buying the car as a gift in the recipient's name. She will get the car - then we will return to Prime and fill out all the paperwork a day or so later. Maybe that was what was confusing the sales team the night I was in. Anyway, Mr. Freitas could not have been nicer. He's making it possible for me to spring the biggest surprise of somebody's life... a brand new car that she has no idea is in the picture. Her best hope has been that she will get a seven year old car with 125,000 miles on it that her mother drives now. So this will be a huge surprise. And a very nice car too. Compared to the other vehicles out there in this general price range, the Camry is the class of the field. Prime Toyota showed great creativity in making this deal happen. They worked with me - and that is what what counts! More
