I went to Prime, because it is where I purchased my last car, and felt I had a good experience, and was treated well, and subsequently got great service on the car during the time I owned it. I was just beginning my search, not planning to buy anything right away, but just to start looking. I decided to start my search by looking at another Toyota (I owned a 1999 Camry for 10 years). Chris approached me in the dealership lot, asked if he could help and I told him I didn't really know what I was looking for, I was just starting the process of searching for another vehicle. He did not pressure me in any way, and was extremely helpful. After test driving a number of vehicles, much to my surprise I settled on a 2010 RAV4. The only thing left was settling on a price. I made an offer, which after researching car values (I had been doing some homework on the internet for a few months) I was more than pleasantly surprised when Chris came back and said "Sold!" I must mention that my husband came with me to help in the search process, but Chris understood that I was the one looking for a vehicle. He always spoke directly to me (unless my husband asked a question) and I never once felt talked around or talked down to, as I have heard many of my female friends have experienced that, even after telling the car salesman they were the one purchasing the car. All in all, this was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Chris was the consummate professional, and I felt he was more like a friend than a salesman, and I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team to any of my friends in the market for a vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience this past Sat. 6/18/2011 in aquiring a beatiful used car from prime Toyota. I traded in a 1993 Toyota Corolla with 297.000 miles! after looking at the Toyota and Scion lines, and asking many questions, and very experienced manager named Berto explained each detail about the kind of cars I was testing. he never tried to steer me towards any car, and in fact, I did not purchase a Toyota, but a "Cream Puff" of a Hyundai Sanoma! Berto let me "call the shots" and with the help of Matt Wills, got me credit to purchase the car, well below book and asking price. they worked with my limits, and I an extemely grateful for them! More
A great overall experience, Berto was friendly helpful and answered every question I had. He was not pushy but let me decide in the time that it took. Less than two weeks after purchasing my pre-owned car, I had a tire blow out on the way home one evening. I called Berto to ask if he happened to know if there might be a manufacturer's warranty in effect a had a tire blow out on the way home one evening. Berto immediately contacted a Service Adviser, got me an appointment for the next morning. I wish I'd thought to get the names of the service people I dealt with, they were very friendly and efficient, though they had to wait for the correct tire to be delivered - they were very quick about communicating what was going on, how long the wait would be, etc...and got me out of there in the time frame that they promised. Most importantly - as I had no choice but to bring my 3 month old infant with me and it was pouring rain that day - they were thoughtful enough to bring my car back into the bay where I could get him situated in dry comfort instead of putting the car outside in the service lot, I didn't even have to ask. It's the little things like this that I appreciate very much! More
We enjoyed working with Stephen. He was very knowledgable and a good salesman. He did a great job of "keeping us on the hook" without making us feel overly pressured, or put out. In the end, he got us the car we wanted, at a price we were comfortable with. The only drawback of the experience related to the time it took to finish the paperwork. It seemes as though there was insufficient finance managerial staff to support the sales staff. We spent quite a bit of time waiting around to deal with the final paperwork. That being said, everyone was very friendly and a pleasure to to work with. More

I recently bought a 2010 Toyota Tundra from Prime Toyota in Portland, Maine. The dealership's employees were very accommodating to my needs and they showed me a few trucks and told me details about each one in Portland, Maine. Was just looking and David Perez was very friendly took us for test drives and treated us good. I do wish i would have left feeling like I had been given a deal.
