I will start out by saying that I hate to shop for anything .. never mind for a new vehicle. Let's face it, dealerships and car salespeople don't have stellar reputations for being easy to deal with. anything .. never mind for a new vehicle. However, my experience with Prime Toyota was not only "pain free", it was a great experience! I can not say enough about my salesperson "Zeri" who went above and beyond in making sure I was a happy customer. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring and very much believes in the product he is selling. He paid attention to details and readily addressed any questions or concerns I had. Also, before I left Zeri did a thorough job of going through my new vehicle with me so I would be familiar with everything. I am very impressed with the dealership as a whole and think they take "customer service" to a whole different level. Everyone I met was very friendly and helpful. They have a great process in place in making you aware of all the benefits available to you as a customer(including free oil changes/tire rotations/road side assistance program). And before you leave there, you are introduced to all the people you will have a future relationship with (i.e. service dept) ... again, everyone being very "welcoming"! I would definitely (actually I already have) recommend Prime Toyota and Zeri to anyone in the market of buying a vehicle! I could go on and on but will stop here .. experience it for yourself! More

He pointed out the good and bad points with each of my choices when it came down to making a decision between two SUV's. He went out of his way to get the external tire cover (for the spare) repaired ... the stitching had become unraveled. The repair was accomplished in record time. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Berto, or any of the helpful staff at Prime Toyota in the future. What can I say! As an individual with a progessive physical disabilty related to my back and limited income my options for vehciles I can drive is severly limited. I began working with Berto almost th physical disabilty related to my back and limited income my options for vehciles I can drive is severly limited. I began working with Berto almost three years ago trying to find a car that would accomidate my disability. For months Berto worked tirelessly with empathy and compassion to find me a car, never once making me feel like I was anything other than his primary focus and the most important person in the building. A little more than a year after I purchased my first car from him, I found myself once again in the same quandry and once again Berto was there for me month after month until he found the right car for me and went above and beyond what anyone would expect to make sure I was able to have accessable transportation. Berto is a great salesman but more importantly he is truly an amazing human being who really cares about you and not just as a customer but as a individual with unique needs and he does everything he can to do what's right for you.
