I was at the Prime Hyundai Dealership getting service on my wife's Hyundai, when I spotted a Toyota Tundra in the Prime Toyota Dealership lot. I walked over to see it and Neil Brown met me outside. He was my wife's Hyundai, when I spotted a Toyota Tundra in the Prime Toyota Dealership lot. I walked over to see it and Neil Brown met me outside. He was very friendly and gave me all the info on the vehicle that I really did not plan to buy. Neil worked with me for two days on giving me a good price on the vehicle and a fair price on my Toyota Tundra. Neil answererd all of our questions and if he did not know he immediately found out what the answer was. I would recommend anyone to ask for Neil Brown if you are looking for a vehicle and of course Prime Toyota is the place to look. The Toyota Team was wonderful. What can I say, Berto goes the extra mile. We purchased a vehicle last year and decided that it did not meet our needs, so Berto got into one that did. Not to mention that we got a good deal. There was a warning light that came on the day after and the dealer did not have the part; Berto drove out and picked up the vehicle and got it taken care of. Buying cars can be stressful, intimidating, and even unpleasant. Thankfully this was not the case at Prime and we owe that mostly to Berto. More
