Although left with one financial person,and the delay much longer then expected or desired,they both continued to work the process as best they could. In the beginning Matt made time to discover what I like about my other Camry, and what I may want in a new one.This enabled a smooth,painless selection process. My review in the excellent arena is a reflection of the work of Matt and his sales manager.I rated some area as good primarily due to the short handed financial staff. This could of been a bad experiance but Mike and his manager turn this around. I was recommended to Prime and more importantly to Bill Braisted from whom my parents had bought 2 cars only a few days before. Immediately from introducing ourselves we felt at ease and as though Bill wa Braisted from whom my parents had bought 2 cars only a few days before. Immediately from introducing ourselves we felt at ease and as though Bill was going to take excellent care of us and make sure we found a car to fit our needs and at a fair price. Our first impressions were all 100% correct. From trying to decide what kind of car was going to best fit the needs of our growing family to making sure we were comfortable with the car by offering a overnight test drive Bill not only listened to our needs but worked diligently to make sure we found exactly what we needed, but didn't know we were looking for. Also, Bills product knowledge is beyond impressive. He was able to answer any and all questions we asked about every car we looked at. Not only was he knowledgable but very personable as well. Bills ability to immediately put us at ease, pay attention to everything we were asking for and needed,to assuring that all of the little things were taken care of during and after the sale was amazing! Not only will we be sure to return to Bill for our next auto purchase but we will also be telling all of our friends and family about our experience at Prime Toyota. THANKS BILL! More
We bought a NEW 2011 Sienna... broke down 3 days afterwards and we were told it was just the battery. The van failed again the 4th day! The issue turned out to be a faulty alternator which we're t afterwards and we were told it was just the battery. The van failed again the 4th day! The issue turned out to be a faulty alternator which we're told Toyota is considering a recall on. Though there were some miscommunication issues along the way, everything is now being resolved and appears to be headed towards our satisfaction. More

I purchased the car knowing it had three 2.5 inch long crack *********** I am adding to my post (5/30/11) now, 9 days after my purchase of the Prius. I purchased the car knowing it had three 2.5 inch long cracks in the back bumper on the drivers side, as well as an ugly touch up paint fix above the driver's door handle and wanted it fixed by the dealership. I am pleased to report that today Prime Toyota told me that they will replace the bumper for me but I am disappointed that they will not fix the ugly touch up paint on the driver's door and gave me an estimate of over $400 if I wanted to have it fixed. Overall, I am currently pleased with this most recent experience. I am told I will be able to bring my car in to get the bumper done within the next two weeks and the other key will be cut on Thursday. I really love the Prius and I do appreciate all the concerted effort that the guys at Prime are putting forth to help make sure I am satisfied with my Prius!! More

WHILE ON THE TEST DRIVE HE TOOK THE TIME TO POINT OUT EVERYTHING AS WE WERE DRIVING AND UPON RETURNING TO THE DEALERSHIP HE TOOK A CONSIDERATE AMOUNT WHILE ON THE TEST DRIVE HE TOOK THE TIME TO POINT OUT EVERYTHING AS WE WERE DRIVING AND UPON RETURNING TO THE DEALERSHIP HE TOOK A CONSIDERATE AMOUNT OF TIME TO MAKE SURE WE KNEW HOW TO OPERATE EACH AND EVERY FEATURE. WHILE WAITING TO SIGN THE PAPERWROK HE EVEN BOUGHT US LUNCH AND A TOYOTA KEY CHAIN FOR OUR NEW 2011 TOYOTA RAV4 SPORT! I went in to look at reasonably priced cars, either new or used. I had a lot of fun with Z over the afternoon and ended up with a dream car...a used Prius. Z is very polite and easy to work with. We had recently had a very unsatisfactory experience at another Toyota dealership; we wanted to trade our LL Bean Subaru Outback for a Prius. From the moment we drove into the Prime Toyota lot and asked Bi another Toyota dealership; we wanted to trade our LL Bean Subaru Outback for a Prius. From the moment we drove into the Prime Toyota lot and asked Bill a question and he led us inside, we were sold. My partner is still recovering from a stem cell transplant, and Bill was sensitive to our request for as brief an experience as possible. We knew what we wanted and knew our bottom line for our trade-in. We couldn't have been happier with our visit to Prime. Even though we live about a mile from one of your competitors, we will be bringing our new Prius to Prime for service. We are long-time Toyota users (currently own 2 Priuses (Pruii??) and have owned eight Toyotas before these two. Bill should get a large raise. He was wonderful and we will request him again when we are in the market for a new car. He thoroughly answered our questions and found answers for the few he couldn't answer himself. He "read" his customers as if he had a psychology degree. He has contacted us several times since our purchase (unfortunately, always getting our answering machine) to see if we have any questions. He is a star and you are lucky to have him. Do whatever you have to do to keep him so five or ten years from now when we want a new Toyota, he will still be there to help us! More
