He is attentive and willing to do whatever he can to make a deal. We didn't anticipate buying a vehicle, but it become necessary. We weren't sure of exactly what we wanted to buy, but we figured we'd go to Prime first. The location is convenient and our past experiences had been pretty good. We spent several hours and test drove multiple vehicles. From the moment we met Berto, it felt like this car buying experience was going to be easy. He is out-going and personable. His enthusiasm was so welcoming. Berto made us feel like we were his only priority. He explored and proposed several options until we found the just right arrangement. When I drove into the dealership Scott waved me to a parking space and he was friendly and had a good sense of humor. He showed us around the lot and when we saw a vehicle we were interested he made sure that it was for sale (manager's car with a few personal effects in it) then he got the information, key and we were off on a test drive. We spent a significant amount of time with the sales team (3+ hours) but at no time did we feel pressured to purchase "right now" after meeting with "the manager and finance people"(you know the "suits"- the guys we all dread meeting!) we still felt no pressure to buy. They all made the numbers work for us and although our payment is a little higher than we wanted, we purchased the extended warranty for piece of mind. JD was very honest as he was not familiar with the VW that we bought he didn't push models at us that we were not interested in (specifically the Rave 4)nor was there pressure made to move to a new vehicle-he did mention the 0% financing on some new Toyota's which was appropriate but did not push after we said no. Matt in finance was great and even added a very nice bonus to the sale. Overall this was a great experience. We felt comfortable that we were treated fairly, honestly with none of "used car sales pitch-pushy etc" if you are looking for a car we would recommend this dealership highly. Purchasing a vehicle has always been a stressful experience for me and I can honestly say that this time wasn't bad at all. Thanks to the great team at Prime Toyota in Saco for helping us with this large purchase! Mary and Chris the only complaint would be the length of time of the process. We did some waiting and if you have children with you it would have been a difficult length of time. Otherwise it is a 5 star experience! More
I recently purchased a Corolla LE from here and was not in love with the car. After expressing my unsatisfactory towards this purchase Jesse the General sales manager called me and asked me to work with hi in love with the car. From the moment I entered the dealership I was greeted and acknowledge by a salesperson and everyone there was all smiles. Jesse greeted me and expressed his concerns for me. He made sure I was completely 100% satisfied and happy. He offered my partner and I drinks snacks and even lunch on him!Not just the free coffee and cookies they offered. This personal touch means a lot, he instantly made me feel at ease knowing that he was trustworthy and friendly. He was honest from the start and asked me what I really wanted. I wanted the corolla sports type, as soon as i said that Jesse personally went out and got the car for us to test drive which is something a general manager usually does not do! We fell in love with the car and decided to buy it. Not only was Jesse able to get me this car he also made it affordable and took off more than a $1000 of the MSRP. He was so attentive through out the entire process that he even ordered us new floor mats because it was a tiny bit off colored. This made me feel even more satisfied than i already was. Mike Horowitz took over with the paper work part. He explained every little detail answered all of my questions went over warranty options without pressuring me to buy any of it. Mike actually reduced the monthly payments which helped a lot since money is a huge factor especially for someone that doesn't have the best credit, like me. He made sure I understood all of the paperwork that needed to be signed. I left there feeling great and happy with giving them a second chance because in the end everyone won. I recommend going to Prime Toyota/Scion for the peace of mind knowing that you will get the best deal possible and if you feel like you didn't (like i did at first) the folks here will make it right because the company makes sure everyone leaves fully satisfied. It wasn't just the fair price, but the relational value that I perceived as a commendable first impression that made me feel glad to do business with this person, Jan. When I arrived, many salespersons cordially asked if I was being assisted. They were all well aware that we were there and seemed to care. I asked for Jan, and she was summoned. While I waited (not too long) other reps cordially directed me to the deli/snack bar for complimentary coffee and cookies, which again added a great personal touch of hospitality to my buying experience. You can't put a premium of how important those small things are to people. It's these relational little things that enhance the experience of doing business with people not automatons. We had traveled a long way, and felt like this little coffee break was an oasis in the desert. Lindsay, behind the deli counter, made us feel most welcomed. The coffee was great tasting and fresh. Neil Brown was introduced to us by Jan using proper protocol and decorum, which was most honoring to all of us. Being a military retiree, I found this most refreshing in a civilian organization. Neil was very friendly and handled our questions and concerns honestly and forthrightly as they came up. I appreciate the fact that he was new, and that Prime turned him loose on us. We had a wonderful time dealing with Neil.He was humble and enthusiastically diligent to do his part in the transaction process in order for us to get what we came for- a red Toyota Corolla LE. It was a pleasure doing business with Neil.It was critical for us to eat somewhat healthy food because we are diabetics. Neil pointed out that we could eat inhouse where they offered sandwiches and wraps. Neil went above and beyond and picked up the tab for us. You can't beat that kind of gesture of generosity. Neil was superlatively reassuring throughout, and served as our guide along our way. As an aside, Lindsay prepared for us some very delicious wraps and the conversation was edifying. Mike Horowitz was an easy to get along with young man and presented a clear and concise presentation of all our additional options available to us. We decided to go with the full premium package. We didn't dilly dally around. We know Toyota has a good product and service reputation. The people who work for Toyota are what make Toyota great.Prime Toyota people, you are the best of the best. I appreciate everything you've done to make our buying experience a delight rather than a fright. You can quote me on that if you wish. Or use it as a slogan. I thank God for you all. Thanks! More

I worked with Matt Miller and he made me feel as though I was his only customer and took alot of extra time and patience with me as I wasnt sure what exactly I was looking for. We used to buy all our vehicles here, - two trucks and a car - but after what happened I wouldn't buy a tricycle from these crooks. 1. During routine service, dripped some kind of acid on my dashboard and didn't say anything or fix it till I pointed it out. It was still noticeable after they painted over the bleached out spot. 2. Refused to hold a vehicle for my husband for a half hour while he checked out another car, which the salesman had helped him find. Even though we had spent $50,000 there in the previous month when we bought a car and a truck. 3. We gave them one more chance. Even tho they knew how unhappy my husband and I were, they offered me a ridiculously low trade-in for my 2008 Scion. Told me it would need a complete paint job that would cost them $2,000. yeah, right. Rowe Ford gave us more than TWICE as much in trade and said the scratches could be buffed out and filled. Someone has to pay for their fancy showroom, green initiatives and free coffee and cookies. Don't be that person. Don't trust this dealership. More

Throughout the entire purchasing process and beyond, Wendy was assisting us. She was quick to return phone calls and was always professional. Her great personality and smile was a plus. From the women at the service desks, to the managers and in between, this whole experience was pleasant and Wendy stood by to assist through all of it. We did purchase a car and are very happy with this purchase and now we look forward to returning to the same place for service (the amenities are a plus!). We would recommend this dealership and would certainly purchase from here again. We are sure the other sales people are just as great however, we would go looking for Wendy just because she is comfortable to be around and a pleasure to work with.
