It seemes as though there was insufficient finance managerial staff to support the sales staff. We spent quite a bit of time waiting around to deal with the final paperwork. We bought a NEW 2011 Sienna... broke down 3 days afterwards and we were told it was just the battery. The van failed again the 4th day!
