Very pleased with our experience at Prime. To be honest, we already had a quote in hand for a new Sienna from another dealer, but decided at the last minute to see what Prime could do. After talking about what we were looking for and the deal we already thought was pretty good, Berto went to work. Not only did he beat the competitor's price, but gave us more for our trade. He even, and I know this is a cliche, "threw in the floor mats for free." So, basically we went in to browse with no intention to buy, and a few hours later drove home in a brand new 2011 Sienna. We found our car online, and when we arrived at the dealership they had the car out front and ready for us to look at. The store was super busy when we arrived to speak with Jim, who was referred by a friend of mine.
