When we drove into Prime we did not plan on buying a car that day we were just looking & wanting to test drive some different types of cars to get a feel for what we were looking for (we have not bought a n that day we were just looking & wanting to test drive some different types of cars to get a feel for what we were looking for (we have not bought a new car for just about 10 years) When we pulled in i saw right in front what i fell in love with (Scion xB) something that was not even on the list to try. a salesman came right out & was very friendly (mind you it was a rainy day) Chris went over the xB for us telling us about it let us take it for a ride when we came back we tried a few others out (Corolla, Camry & a Vue) & we just kept going back to the xB Chris gave us no pressure at all. We didn't even have to think twice we took the xB home that night. The process was very easy no problems or delays. The whole layout & atmosphere of the building was great everyone was friendly & pleasant. Great waiting area & a deli to sit & eat. Also if you have kids they will love the touch tank to play with & a great play area. This is a one stop shop if looking for new or used great value for what you get. More

Unfortunately he was not there the day I made my visit to Prime Toyota but I was well taken care of by the other guys.I bought the new Prius for my birthday so ALL the salespeople were in the Robert's office (Manager)when they presented me with a cake and a Happy Birthday song. It might sound hokey but it was actually touching. They discounted the car when other dealers said it was impossible. Free coffee and lots of smiles. Everyone was professional and went out of thir way to make it pleasant. The only problem I had was trying to get home in time for my birthday dinner...BUT it was worth it to drive up with a shiny red Prius. PS Robert was also always available by phone whenever I called. I drove to Saco (twenty minutes after close) and Jesse and Berto were waiting for me. Berto is hands down the best in the business and took me to inspect the car in the garage (it was dark out) which was already being washed and detailed. He walked us through every aspect of the process and ensured we were happy. He is one of the nicest people you will ever meet and should be recognized for his high level of customer service. Everyone moved very quickly to get us processed and stayed over an hour and half past close time. Prime really knows how to run a dealership and retain talented employees. Very pleased with our experience at Prime. To be honest, we already had a quote in hand for a new Sienna from another dealer, but decided at the last minute to see what Prime could do. After talking about what we were looking for and the deal we already thought was pretty good, Berto went to work. Not only did he beat the competitor's price, but gave us more for our trade. He even, and I know this is a cliche, "threw in the floor mats for free." So, basically we went in to browse with no intention to buy, and a few hours later drove home in a brand new 2011 Sienna. The store was super busy when we arrived to speak with Jim, who was referred by a friend of mine.
