I took about 3 weeks to decide with this purchase. I have to tell you I have never been happier with a Dealership then with Prime Toyota. (price, payment..etc) I'm actually anxious to have my first service done so that I can hang out at the dealership....One side note, it was Pizza day the Saturday morning that I picked up my new Tundra. My daughter and I were told that we could help ourselves to some pizza. when we went into the room there were nothing but Sales staff in there. We felt very out of place and thought we should leave. Then one of the sales staff offered my dauther a chair and asked what pizza was her favorite and served us both. We had a great conversation with all your sales staff that morning and laughed allot. The sales staff at Prime Toyota in Saco Maine and the Dealer ship is 1st Class. I will recommend all my friends and family to you and to all the Prime auto dealers. Richard Worell More

after speaking with Jeff on the phone 4-5 times, we were met at the door by Stephen who handled the sales process. Stephen did a nice job explaining the options, lease programs, etc. We changed our direction mid stream to focus on a Rav4 instead of the Sienna. Stephen managed this well. When it came to negotiations, this went smoothly and was quite standard. Multiple trips back-n-forth to a manager (Tim) was required. Initial pricing was more than Jeff had provided via phone so there was another small breakdown in the communications which Stephen handled well for us. We are Prime Customers and will refer others there. More

Just moved back here from Florida and was not planning on getting a car right away. They were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to get the car and prices that I wanted. I thought that the service was great. We bought an expensive vehicle, above 40K and it would have been nice if the RistAll was included in the price. Being asked to have that added afterwards seems a expensive vehicle, above 40K and it would have been nice if the RistAll was included in the price. Thouhgt I would give Prime a second chance on selling me a vehicle. My first was'nt that great. I had purchace a vehicle less than a year ago and we had some issues with it.They did correct it, but the had a vehicle. My first was'nt that great. This was first vehicle was purchased at the KIA location. Prime Toyota in Saco has another vehicle that I want to upgrade to a newer year and less mileage with a warranty. Meet with Berto how Lisa set me up with and this was perfect. We spent good quality time going over the my vehicle and the new one that I was interested in. After, 4 hours of making me feel right at home and going over some of the programs that are availiable we close the deal and I picked up my vehicle Friday afternoon. The CUSTOMER service was the best I have ever had in years. Thank you Prime for having such a great crew working at your dealership in Saco.
