We found Prime to have an upbeat friendly and accomodating staff and a spotless facility. We were made to feel comfortable and welcome. This was not an issue with the staff who cheerfully gave us all the time we needed and stayed past closing to complete our deal and get our new Toyota ready for travel. This was the best car buying experience I have had to date and the price was very good also. More

My sales rep Wendy Lewis, was amazing, if I had to rate her on her customer service skills, I would give her an A Plus!, she was knowledgeable and if she didn’t have the answer she would find it out for us her on her customer service skills, I would give her an A Plus!, she was knowledgeable and if she didn’t have the answer she would find it out for us, we didn't leave with no unanswered questions. she didn't make us feel rushed as if we had to buy the car, she called me several times after the purchase to see how we like the car, was there any problems, and if we needed anything else, she also find another key for the car and saved it for us to pick up. The other reps that we worked with to finish the paperwork and to finalize the deal where great, and helpfully, explained everything and offered all the warranties to cover our car, this dealership was down to earth, laid back, Also wanted to mention my experience with the service area reps and techs, they where fast and helpfully, my battery died the next day after I brought the car, came right into the service area, they checked the car and put in a new battery with no charge to me, I was in and out. I was pleased with our whole experience and have shared my story with others and will refer them to come to your business to buy a car. More

From the moment me my husband and 4 year old daughter stepped out of the car we were greated by Wendy in which we told her what we were looking for as well as our credit was not the most outstanding. She never hesitated for a moment instead she welcomed us to come into the dealership and have some coffee and cookies and pointed out the touch tank and play area to my daughter. While my daughter played Wendy asked us some information and got us to test drive a Toyota Corolla and a Honda Civic. We chose the Honda Civic (Love It) in which Matt got us financed at a much lower rate than we had anticipated with all the terms we were comfortable with.This is by far the best dealership that my husband or I have ever purchased a car from and I certainly never thought for one minute I would be writing a review for one. The customer service is outstanding and my entire family was very happy. When your 4 year old tells you she had alot of fun and wants to go back (she was very smitten with Matt)that is super in my book.We plan to get another vehicle within the next two years and we will be going back to Prime. Where else can you get a free manicure and masage while you wait? IRA has done an outstanding job setting the place up so everyone feels at home and it's people like Wendy and Matt with the outstanding customer satisfaction that will keep my family and everyone we refer coming back.Keep up the great job!!!!
