Past experiences have been with local dealerships but we decided to try Prime to see if its advertisements were true. We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased with our experience. Working with Stephen was a pleasure. Very friendly and personable. But most of all, his knowledge of the Avalon was impressive. He presented and demonstrated all the features of the car. He was able to answer all of our questions quickly and accurately. The Prime Toyota building is quite an experience. It has all the features one expects, and much more. Very nice waiting area with large screen TV and internet; and a pool table! The lunch counter was quite a surprise. The large enclosed auto service drop area will be much appreciated when I need service in the winter. The usually painful price and tradein negotiations were almost pleasant. It was quick and we were quite satisfied with the dollar figures in the end. I have been driving Toyotas for 35 years, and this was the best buying experience I have ever had. More

My husband and I had already purchased a 2007 then traded it for a 2008 RAV4, from Prime Toyota in Saco, and were already very happy with Prime, but decided to write a review because of our most recent exper it for a 2008 RAV4, from Prime Toyota in Saco, and were already very happy with Prime, but decided to write a review because of our most recent experience. My husband and I had been considering the upcoming costs for new tires and maintenance on our 2008 and were considering trading it in for the 2011 RAV4 with all the new safety and convenience features. Over time, we had also realized we need a second car. I called someone I KNEW I could trust completely; "Melissa Bickley" in Prime's Saco Service Department! Melissa had sluthed-out problem with our 08 RAV4 years ago, made excellent suggestions on how to prevent it in the future and even how best to end the problem for us altogether! ...So we had a laugh at the discovery of the source of our "problem" (mice) rather than feeling frustrated and powerless. I asked Melissa, who remembered us right away, to refer us to a salesperson who would be "just right for us". She understood our needs, and without reservation, referred us to Bill Braisted. Melissa offered to contact Bill immediately with our questions. A few minutes later, Bill called us, listened carefully and responded thoughtfully with a number of constructive ideas. I was very comfortable right away with Bill, so I made an appointment to meet with him the following morning to work out a solution for us. I had never had to make purchasing decisions for our family before, so was a bit scared of it all. My husband Mike was working, so we kept in close contact by phone throughout this process. First, Bill listened...then listened MORE. He asked questions that would be most valuable in helping us make the RIGHT decisions. He weighed my concerns and revised our options so we could feel comfortable with the choices my husband Mike and I were making. When Mike and I were at peace with the final choices made, and the feeling of success was tangible, Bill congratulated us with our choices and brought me into the office of Mike Horowitz to complete the paperwork. Mike Horowitz made the usually "least fun" part, actually enjoyable!! While discussing service options, Bill offered to postpone his family meal with relatives, to pick-up my husband from work so we could finish the transactions and drive our TWO NEW Toyotas home. We left Prime happy, with confidence in the decisions made and without any second thoughts or regrets. Mike and I are happy to report that Prime Toyota has changed the Auto purchasing paradigm for us and for friends who we sent there and are equally happy!! Thank you!!! More

Here are some of the highlights: 1) I found a great selection of used vehicles that were interesting to me. 2) The person on the phone (Jeff) was very friendly and approachable. 3) Tim, the sales person was very interested in finding the right vehicle for me (which he did). 4) Tim made me feel like he had my best interest in mind. 5) Although I was in the dealership for 3+ hours, Tim kept the process progressing and kept me informed with each step. 6) Matt, in finance was personable and moved the paperwork through quickly. 5) The dealership was well designed and very professional. 6) The service department, waiting area and cafe looked comfortable and inviting.
