David was great. I initially came to the dealership on Friday the 25th and spent about 45 minutes looking around with no one asking me if I needed help (maybe David was off that day) so I left. I actually spent 6 hours there that day debating on buying used, buying new, or leasing. I ended up leasing my Corolla and feeling great about it. David felt like my ally, very understanding and wanting what was best for me. He even offered to buy me lunch! 6 hours! That's all I really need to say. I am completely confident that I drove off in the perfect vehicle for me and I'm so happy that I chose Prime Toyota. If I had gone anywhere else I highly doubt that I'd be this happy with the people I worked with and the vehicle I drove away in. Everyone that I came in contact with at Prime was excellent! I went to this dealership after a bad experience at Patriot Subaru down the road. I had been dealing with Patriot for months over the email while I was deployed in Iraq and went to them fully expectin Patriot Subaru down the road. When the Patriot Subaru staff on the day of my visit turned out to ignore me and my friends (apparently oblivious or uncaring of the fact I had already been their customer and dealing with them), keep us waiting excessively, and either lying or being ignorant of the truth we walked out and went to another dealership down the road. I really needed a car, and didn't want to take too long to get one, I was looking for a reasonable deal and wanted to get something on that day. I found the staff at Prime, both Hyundai and Toyota (across the street from one another) very friendly and genuine. Katie MacDiarmid and her partner Tom?, whose name I can't recall were both very helpful and cheerful, as well as patient and informative as we looked around the lot and test drove vehicles. Katie really went the extra distance to make the experience positive. They were willing to haggle on my purchase of a 2008 Toyota RAV4. I felt the initial price was high based on what Edmunds and KBB listed the Certified Used Vehicle of that make, model, age, mileage, and features should be, but the price they came down to was on par with what Edmunds and KBB said it should be (although high for what Consumers Reports said was the average retail for the make, model, and features of the car are). Post sale, Katie sent a lovely thank you note and followed up with a call to make sure everything was working out with my vehicle purchase. More

Last Thursday I called Berto, it was his day off and he still called me back (he was off visiting family out of state). We setup an appointment for 8:15AM the next morning.
