Where do I begin? I can not say enough about the experience I had with Prime Toyota, Chris and Mike. Chris was very patient with us. I was not really sure which vehicle I wanted to buy. What I appreciated the most was that Chris showed us a the vehicles (even when we showed up close to closing time) but never pushed any of them on us. Once we had made up our minds to buy the FJ (which I love) the process was quick and smooth. Once the car I wanted arrived at the dealership, Berto was proactive in getting the sales process going (not in a pushy way, just one without BS) and in a short time, I was handed the keys to my new vehicle. Berto is a great guy who won't give you the runaround that so many salesman do, everything is straight forward and to the point.
