Prime Toyota has built a new comfortable state-of-the-art green facility on US Route 1 in Saco. Chris made the process of buying a car easier than we expected. He was able to help us find a great deal on a barely used car. He was accommodating and answered our questions thoroughly. We did research and the price we received on the car was lower than any other dealer in the area was offering on a similar car. The person in finance (cannot remember name) was rushed and did not offer the best customer service experience. He seemed annoyed and irritated when my husband read through the financing contract. He got very very irritated and annoyed by us not purchasing the additional warranties. We politely declined and he pushed (which I know sales people are supposed to, but he was rude and confrontational about it making both of us uncomfortable). After us declining the additional warranties he was short with us and rude and visibly mad we would not be buying it, something a good customer service rep or sales person would not do. So overall the experience was very good with Prime and we were happy with our purchase. We did not leave feeling like we had been ripped off. And we would most likely continue to purchase vehicles from this dealer in the future. More
