When I arrived Jeff the internet manager that I had spoke to on the phone, greeted me and introduced me Berto Arroyo, my salesman. He already knew what I wanted to look at, He went over the details and features of the car, more features than I expected, and I was even more satisfied with my choice. Berto made this a low pressure friendly experience. Berto and his team, Got me in and out in the shortest time I have ever bought a car, no running around, just a straight froward, simple to understand deal that was done in minutes. The sales person (Berto Arroyo) was great. Friendly, NOT pushy, helpful...very easy to work with. However, the gentleman who approved the financing (Mark or Matt Markowitz - something like that) was hu pushy, helpful...very easy to work with. He looked at me like I was stupid when I asked questions and he was clearly irritated that we didn't purchase additional warranty. Having said that, Berto's terrific demeanor for the five hours he spent with us made up for the last 10 minutes of crummy service. I am pleased overall. More

This was the best experience I have ever had with buying a new vehicle. I never felt pressured in any way. Berto took the time to ask me why I was looking for a new vehicle. He also wanted to know why I had bought the previous vehicle and what was important to me now. No one has ever taken the time to ask those questions. I know he really felt that it was important that I leave with the right vehicle for me. When I decided what I wanted for a vehicle I still wasn't sure that it would be possible to get the car that I wanted and the monthly payment where I could afford it. Berto along with the finance team made sure that it was possible. Berto took me to fill up the gas tank before I left, he also accompanied me to return the old lease. I cannot say enough about Berto and the entire team at Prime Toyota!!! Thanks so much to all of you!! More

Today I had a great experience buying my FJ Cruiser at Prime Motor Toyota in Saco, Maine. My time spent there was easy, non-intimidating and not once was I aggrivated or felt like walking out(has happened Prime Motor Toyota in Saco, Maine. My time spent there was easy, non-intimidating and not once was I aggrivated or felt like walking out(has happened at other car-dealerships). Their website is comprehensive with helpful information about their inventory and I cannot say enough about their sales and service staff. My previous time spent in the service department for my 2001 Sienna minivan was painless thanks to the play area for my children, a T.V. and newspaper along with a coffee and cookie for my benefit. Pricing for labor and parts are very fair but the real gift was a minivan returned to me washed and vacuumed that my 3 children abused on a daily basis. When it is your time to purchase a car, all I can say is ask for Berto Arroyo. He is attentive, made me feel at home, answered my questions, allowed me the time I wanted test driving the vehicles and worked with me to get me what I wanted...at the end of YOUR expereince with Berto, you WILL know why I highly recommend him. I have a reliable, affordable and much liked Toyota in my driveway...cannot wait to drive it again. Right up front-Salesman, Berto Arroyo, is what I call excellent Customer Service!
