When I test three car and thought "I am going home without a car," he saw a car that look like the description of a car that I wanted; Berto called me to test the car and I am glad he did. My family and friend love my red Toyota car. Berto used his very best customer service, friendly, courteous, offered us food and beverage. Explained everything calmly and slowly which it helped me to understand better. He was very calm when I tested few different cars. From getting my car approved to very last details, he reminded friendly, and never speed off the process just to finish. I really needed someone with those qualities as I don't know much about cars. Heribeto called me few days after to check how I like the car and if if I have any situation with the car. Also, he called me one month after to follow up. Heriberto offered me to call him if there's any situation and remind me to get the service when I need in West Roxbury Toyota Prime. I purchased a 2010 Corolla S from this dealership on a Friday. I wanted the one in the show room, but they told me they had one identical to it out back and I would get that one. So we do all the paperwork up, I get in the car to leave, and I get home. Everything was okay up until that point (besides waiting around for hours for a business manager). When I get home, I showed my new car to my family, and we noticed that the front bumper of the car did not match the color of the rest of the car! I very calmly called my sales person who told me he would get back to me the next day. Unsatisfied with his answer, I called Toyota's customer care line and they told me the Customer Service Manager (Kathleen Prior) would be contacting me. Finally on Monday (not the next day as promised) I get a call from my salesperson, who tells me to bring the car in at 2pm. I arrive at 2pm, but I was not helped until 2:45. The service manager went out and looked at my car and was like "whoever assembled this might have been colorblind." He told me to wait to see what he could do. I told him I wanted to just take the right color part off another car. He told me that likely wasn't possible. 30 minutes later, the service manager brings me to his office, and tells me it will take another week to get the right part in, and then another hour to put it on. I live 30 minutes from the dealership, so this isn't exactly convenient for me to keep going back and forth. Not once did I get an apology from anyone in the sales department. The service manager offered an insincere apology (sorry to see you back here so soon). They offered me nothing for my trouble. They did absolutely nothing to try to help me, or go out of their way to make this situation right. Now I have a brand new car that already needs body work. Where is Toyota's supposed quality on this? Selling a car with a different color bumper than the rest of the car?? I am IRAte. More

I originally came into the dealership on a family recomondation. My car had seen better days and I knew It was time to purchase a new one. He spent considerable time with me, and although I had a tough time making up my mind...was patient and kind to a fault. All the while, my little boy was entertained by the inviting atmoshere, play room and hands on fish tank that kept him ammused for hours. I am a tough sell...yet I never once felt pressured or preyed upon as I have in other dealerships. I finally decided upon a 2010 RAV 4, and was made an offer that I couldn't refuse. I got the vehicle I wanted...at the price I wanted. Upon purchasing, Berto filled the gas tank then took me through the entire vehicle step by step to make sure I understood the inner bells and whistles. I've know Liz for a few years, and she had told me to visit Prime, if I needed to trade in my truck. She introduced me to Brent, and helped me out incredibly with my trade in. I was upside down on my truck loan, they managed to lower my payments, and lower my apr by about 3 points. My new car suits my commuter needs, and fits my new family well. I'm a little concerned that they didn't make any money on my deal, but I plan on making that up by recomending all my friends, and also bringing my future business in. For myself, being a woman, and after having had several bad past experiences during the car-buying process, I very much appreciated being taken seriously and treated with respect during the entire time we spent with Jim and also with the business manager. I was included in all conversations and my questions were given the same attention as those of my husband's. Jim has a great way with people and an enjoyable sense of humor that adds to his professional sales style.I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and would certainly suggest that they ask for Jim if they go to Prime Toyota. Customer service and honesty are everything, especially in this economy, and it was obvious to us that Prime seems to have made these values an important part of their sales practice.
