Ian, I am sorry your truck needs a frame. As I had explained, where this was bought from a private sale, and the previous owner did not have the undercoating performed, the recall has expired. When we sell any vehicle, we make sure the vehicle is up to date on any recalls. My suggestion in the future before buying anything private sale have us look it over to confirm the overall condition. I spoke with my Toyota representative, and he was unable to get your frame covered. If you have any other questions, please reach out to me directly. Don't understand why you cannot find me in your systems when I purchased both of my current vehicles from you and have had all my service through your location. I have received service notices and other promotional information from you. I had my wifes Rav4 in for service a week or so ago and that vehicle was not washed after service either.
