Service confirmed a nest and droppings throughout the cabin. I nearly wrecked — with my dog in the car. Instead of simply taking back the unsafe car, Ira Toyota forced me into a replacement lease on a RAV4. I was told my $5,000 down payment and $11,000 trade-in would transfer. It did not. The money was concealed and withheld, and they structured the deal so it looked like I was leasing two cars at once. They also: • Lied about my credit score (told me 580 vs. actual 680) to justify a nearly 20% lease rate. • Withheld paperwork, including MSRP and a signed lease contract. Charged me $6,000above MSRP on the replacement Rav 4 • Downplayed safety, telling me “mouse issues happen all the time” and even discussing re-leasing the same Crown Signia to someone else.
