Ms. Hart Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. While we understand your frustration regarding your first vehicle with us, we do find it necessary to correct all the false statements and accusations you have shared here. We have tried to have you come in to sit down and review all the details to ensure you understand and to ensure we did not make an error. We have reviewed the transactions very carefully and there are no errors on our part, just an unwillingness to understand on yours. You have refused to come in, have hung up the phone on us and have used foul language in those interactions. We have written confirmation that YOU requested to look at a RAV to replace the Crown and that it was never a “forced issue”. You failed to mention when purchasing the first car that you had a payoff, which was found out at the end and needed to be taken care of. All of that transferred to the new deal. Toyota uses a real credit scoring system from Experian (not a Credit Karma or other consumer-based credit scoring that is usually not accurate or current.) What we told you is exactly what your report shows (which we can show you again if you wish) Further, we do not know where you got the idea of a 20% interest rate. That is also inaccurate information you are sharing. Leases work on a money factor and yours computes to 10.8% - so roughly half of what you are sharing. When we appraised your vehicle (the Crown) for trade, ALL the paperwork for the transaction was right in your vehicle, so we are not sure why you are saying paperwork was withheld. You received copies of everything, as do all our customers. Regarding your claim of selling, you the RAV at $6000 over MSRP, well we have tried to figure out what math program you are using. MSRP is $40,554 and you paid $39,206. We have not been able to figure those numbers to be $6000 over MSPR using any math method available. Again, should you wish to sit down and review the transaction in person so that there is a true understanding, we welcome that. Meanwhile, it would be appreciated if you stopped to false accusations and slanderous comments on social media platforms.
