After running my vin over the phone, the service dept told me that I was covered for a frame replacement on my 2013 tacoma with only 130k miles. The truck recently failed inspection due to a large hole in the frame. The excessive and premature rot on my frame is a result of toyota and their manufacturing processes. This has been well documented. After an hour drive and an hour wait the guy says oops it might not be covered. A day later and they tell me I’m out of luck. Terrible job on giving me any sort of accurate information. My truck is still eligible for a frame swap for another month but apparently the previous owner didn’t bring it in for the bandaid undercoating that was “offered” by toyota. Like an undercoating performed 9 years after a vehicle drives off the lot is going to do anything. Carl the service manager you have every right do defend and stand behind poor crafstmanship, but at the end of the day you and toyota are doing the wrong thing. Toyota can afford to replace an $8k frame on my lemon tacoma. For me that would be a significant financial hit. I went from being a huge fan of toyota to being a hater in under 24 hours working with Ira in saco. Hopefully toyota will step up and do what’s right because this dealership is clearly incapable. More

I’m a woman and it can be scary to buy a car, Berto answered all of my questions without inputting his personal opinion, only giving facts and allowing me to decide on all the things I wanted. I first meet Berto Arroyo 10 years ago when I was looking for a Highlander. He was referred to me! When you think of a salesman you think of someone that is very pushy and try selling you just anything well for a Highlander. He was referred to me! You tell him what you’re looking for and in the price range and he will find it for you. He does not make you feel pressured Into buying something you don’t want. Or if you’re not ready at that time. I contacted Berto about getting a new 4 runner. I told him exactly what I was looking for in the new 4 runner he found it for me and made the process extremely easy no stress. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable driving it got everything hooked up inside with the screen and on my phone. Berto is always a pleasure to work with and my family will always go back to him with all of our vehicles! More
