Brought my (new to me) 2020 Rav 4 limited in because the remote start won’t work from the app. Trouble shooted over the phone with App support before they finally said bring it to the dealership. Dealership did a $100 “software update” that fixed nothing, and made my display blink on and off randomly. Luckily, I found a Reddit post to fix the display since the service center had closed. Still no remote start on the app, and typical dealership fashion where I come in for one problem and end up leaving with more caused by them. This is why I avoid dealerships for any possible reason. They couldn’t even offer a “next step” to fix the original problem. Thank you, Reddit for fixing at least 1 problem they caused. More

If you decline a service, they are very rude to you. I wish that I could get my money back on my service plan, because I never want to return back to the dealership. I’m sorry that I didn’t want to pay $88 to remove one acorn and a tiny tufted of cotton from the top of my engine. Not everyone has money for that. When I said no, Ben was short with me and couldn’t even make eye contact with me or say thank you or have a good day. He said sign here. Handed me my keys and told me my car was across the parking lot. When I got out to my car, I opened the engine, pulled out the one acorn and the tiny piece of cotton. There’s no need to treat people like that. I’m sorry that I’m not made of money. I am truly disappointed. The last time I was there, the female that I worked with, was very nasty to me when I said that I didn’t want my cabin filter changed. I literally never want to return. More
Berto was awesome to deal with and the finance guy David is awesome also . Just overall experience with everybody at dealership was great .
