Today I had a great experience buying my FJ Cruiser at Prime Motor Toyota in Saco, Maine. My time spent there was easy, non-intimidating and not once was I aggrivated or felt like walking out(has happened Prime Motor Toyota in Saco, Maine. Their website is comprehensive with helpful information about their inventory and I cannot say enough about their sales and service staff. My previous time spent in the service department for my 2001 Sienna minivan was painless thanks to the play area for my children, a T.V. and newspaper along with a coffee and cookie for my benefit. Pricing for labor and parts are very fair but the real gift was a minivan returned to me washed and vacuumed that my 3 children abused on a daily basis. When it is your time to purchase a car, all I can say is ask for Berto Arroyo. He is attentive, made me feel at home, answered my questions, allowed me the time I wanted test driving the vehicles and worked with me to get me what I wanted...at the end of YOUR expereince with Berto, you WILL know why I highly recommend him. I have a reliable, affordable and much liked Toyota in my driveway...cannot wait to drive it again. Right up front-Salesman, Berto Arroyo, is what I call excellent Customer Service! Because of past experiences, I had been putting off the dreaded car shopping trip feeling cynical and skeptical of working with a sales person/dealership. This was by far the most different and best car-shopping experience I've had! I was welcomed by Berto Arroyo at the door and walked into an active, upbeat, customer centered and friendly showroom. I was treated thoughtfully and respectfully. My questions were answered, my comments heard and ultimately I drove away in a car that truly feels a great choice for me. Other sales people were also attentive, friendly and initiated conversation during wait times and even after I made my purchase. The showroom and even bathrooms were immaculate, there was good music playing and if desired there was much to do during wait times. This dealership has the some of the most impressive marketing and seeming integrity and obviously by all the sales I witnessed during my few hours there, is The place to buy a car. Prime Toyota sold us another car! My fiancee and then myself. The vehicle has had a few issues since I got it, but everyone has been great. This was our second experience dealing with Prime and it was just as delightful as the first. We worked with Jeff in 2008 in leasing a new Tacoma and now turned in the lease for a new Tundra. As my daughter was just as delightful as the first. We worked with Jeff in 2008 in leasing a new Tacoma and now turned in the lease for a new Tundra. As my daughter stated in a previous review, we were there for a total of ten hours (she leased a new Rav)looking at and test driving various vehicles. The day was absolutely enjoyable with everyone working together for us to give us the best deals. We were never rushed and always tended to either by Jeff or Berto and if they were busy securing our deals other salesmen and employees would sit and chat with us. We were treated with the greatest respect and consideration even providing lunch and beverages as needed. At Prime you're more than a customer, you're treated like family. You won't be disappointed. We love our new Tundra! More
