Buying a car has never been so easy. I love my "new to me" Corolla, it handles like a dream, is comforatable and great on gas. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Prime. We really enjoyed our experience at Prime Toyota. Brent was wonderful to work with. He took really good care of out whole family. We just love our new Pruis. The Gas millage is a hit with us. My husband and I needed to purchase a truck. It was a first time for the both of us to purchase from a real dealership, and we were both really nervous about it. We really didn't want to get into anythin first time for the both of us to purchase from a real dealership, and we were both really nervous about it. We really didn't want to get into anything we couldn't afford and we had a really strict budget. We were afraid that we'd be pressured - my husband in particular doesn't do well with pressure. Tom was really great! He was very professional and thorough, but was also helpful in keeping us within our budget. He didn't push us on making a decision - he just laid out the options and let us decide. He was the exact opposite of the stereotype of a car salesman. At some point soon, we'll need to replace our other vehicle and we most certainly will be going to see Tom again! More
I went to this dealership, not because I knew about their auto services or because of their customer service, but because they had the vehicle I wanted. Not only was I amazed at their selection and the leng auto services or because of their customer service, but because they had the vehicle I wanted. Not only was I amazed at their selection and the lengths they go to keep their customers busy while waiting (pool table, children's room, touch tank, etc), I was very happy with how friendly they were. They made my car-buying experience as stress-free as car buying can be. My Sales & Leasing Consultant, although quite young, was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. He actually brought up a few things that other sales people at a couple different dealerships did not. I was also pleasantly surprised when he stuck around during the "waiting" period when after you have agreed on a price but before the Financial Manager can meet with you. He was very personable and made the wait bearable by chatting. I was pleased with the price they offered, not only for my trade-in, but for the vehicle I ended up purchasing. I would recommend this dealership and David to others. Great job! More
I must say... what a fabulous experience. Honestly, I was dreading having to car shop again. I started my shopping in Westbrook, and it was what I remembered car shopping to be. I felt extremely pressured, rushed and uncomfortable. After complaining to a friend about this experience he recommended that I see Tom Hayes at Prime Toyota. Today I went in to see Tom at Prime...WOW! what a great experience! Tom very patiently, spent nearly 5 hours with my mother and I, and we NEVER felt rushed or pressured. Tom encouraged me to test drive as many vehicles, various makes and models, as I wanted. Throughout the entire process I truly felt as though Tom was being completely honest with us. When paperwork took longer than expected, Tom was extremely attentive offering us food, drinks and even went out to get a Dunkin Donuts' iced coffee for my mother. I left today an owner of a, new to me, 2007 Toyota Camry! I am extremely happy and completely comfortable with my purchase. I am thankful I was referred to Tom, his patience and friendly manner put me at ease through such an important decision. More
I came to Prime just for "information". I had a Yaris and was curious about the new 2010 Yqaris. Brandon was first to spot me when I got out of my car and invited me in to have my questions answered. He was very friendly and focused and listened carefully to what I was looking for. Before long I took the new four door out for a spin. I really liked it. Brandon was encouraging a lease and explained the current program for the lease but said that it was for the Corolla. Just "for fun" I test drove a Corolla. I loved it and couldn't believe what a smooth ride it was! Needless to say I bought it and love the car and am with my first lease. My overall experience with Prime has been excellent and each person so easy and friendly to deal with. Thanks for your help Brandon. See you in 3 years! Diane Tinkham More
I feel lucky to have connected with Jessica when I first walked into the Prime Toyota dealership. Of all the sales people I encountered in the 2 car searches I did in the past 8 months, Jessica, by far, was walked into the Prime Toyota dealership. Of all the sales people I encountered in the 2 car searches I did in the past 8 months, Jessica, by far, was the most pleasant to work with. She is very knowledgable and conscientious but does not do any hard sell. I felt as if I were shopping with a friend. She is very "real", no hype. When she wasn't sure of the answer to a question I asked, she promptly research the subject and got back to me about it. No car is perfect in every way; when I made some less than positive comments about a particular car I was testing, she didn't try to dismiss my concern. I felt that she gave me a good balanced view of the vehicle. Jessica owns the same model Toyota I bought so she was able to give me some personal impressions of the car. That helped me make my decision. Her in-put lead me to buy a limited, six cylinder Highlander when I was planning to buy a 4-cylinder model and I'm very glad about the upgrade. I love driving the car. It has power when I need it and it's very comfortable. Great for long trips. I'm a small person and find that the extra height over the Subaru I was driving gives me much better visibility and control. Most of my contact at Prime so far was with Jessica. The car has had no problems so I haven't really needed service beyond an oil change. Therefore I can't comment much about the service side of the dealership except to say that everyone is clearly very eager to please. If you go to Prime, consider yourself in good hands with Jessica. More
Great experience. I called in the morning with what I wanted in a car. Got there in the afternoon; was presented with several options meeting my requirements ... took a test drive, and two hours later ha wanted in a car. This is the third vehicle we've leased through Prime dealerships, and each experience has been superb. I can't recommend them enough! More
Buying a car from Prime Toyota was an amazing experience. The staff there is awesome, they got me everything that I wanted. I first talked to Jeff on the phone about seeing a black standard corolla. When i got there Jan brought around the car and i knew i wanted it so then we talked about financing options. Unlike the other dealership i had been to she didn't push leasing on me, i had been clear about it from the begining that i didn't want to lease. I really appreciated that, one thing i hate about sales people is that you tell them you don't want something yet they still pursue it. Thats when i knew i had found the right dealership. It was closing time and we couldn't agree on a price. The next day i looked in the paper and saw my corolla on sale and called Jan. It was her day off and she told me to call Liz and she would get me set up with someone so that i would be able to get my car. I hate waiting to get things i want, so when i want it i want it now. My friends and I got to the dealership where i met Jim. While i waited to get approved we talked and he was really nice he told me about his life, how he got into sales and everything. It was so cool because he didn't have to talk to me or tell me anything about him but he did. I love knowing about people, especially if i'm buying something from them. So then Jim talks to me about add-ons like resist all treatment, i grilled this guy on every aspect of it, because if i'm going to drop 500 dollars on top of that i need to know what i'm getting. He answered everything quickly and i even had him keep the oil on the resist all longer just to make sure. I was sold on it, which now i am very greatful for! When i got approved i saw Michael, realizing that i forgot all of my cds in my other car which had left i had Jim find me a cd while i signed paper. Of course he came through! Michael went over options that i could add to my warrenty he was really awesome at explaining it to me three different times so i understood it. So this was it i bought a brand new car and i got to ring the bell which Jim explained the history behind it. Then i hear someone call my name and it was Jeff who i never got to meet but he shook my hand and told me what a great deal i was getting. I was leaving the dealership so it's not like he had to say anything but he did because this group of people have the greatest customer service skills i have ever seen. So i get in my new car and truth is i don't know how to really drive a standard, but Jim took me around the parking lot for a half an hour teaching me. Some dealerships would careless, once you purchase the car they just don't care, but he did. I am great at driving a standard now, my car is great. It gets better MPG than it said and runs amazing! Toyota should be honored to have a dealership with such great customer service skills. I will always go back to Prime Toyota in Saco when my car needs to be serviced or if i need another car because they were so awesome. More
