I just ended up buying a Hyundai SantaFe for a super price and with great milage. This happend after I had set my mind on a Rav 4 ( which I love) but due to personal circumstances I had to change my min price and with great milage. Tom and Rob spend some time on the internet to find a SUV for me that was within my budges, had the same quality as the Rav and also had low milage. As Tom said , he would hate to sell me a car with high milage, because you never know, what will brake down next. I have to say, I truly appreatiate Tom's and Rob's work and can only recommend for everyone to check out Prime toyota on their search fro a new or used car. The sales people ar listening and understanding, able to hear what you have to say and quite pushing, when it is time. Thanks to both of you Tom and Rob, I have a car that I hopefully will drive for the next 5 - 6 yrs. More

Everything about my experience at Prime Toyota/Scion has been so much better than I could ever have expected. Not only have they been prompt and courteous, but have gone out of their way to make me feel th been so much better than I could ever have expected. Not only have they been prompt and courteous, but have gone out of their way to make me feel that I am a valued customer. This is especially true of Brent Scott, my salesperson. He has been available to me both at the dealership and via his cell phone. I purchased my Scion unexpectedly when I saw it on the floor (i was there to drive a friend to have his Toyota serviced at Prime) and fell in love with it at first site. That meant that I did not have all my "ducks in a row." Brent showed me the car, let me test drive it, and then showed my all the possible accessory options that I could add to it, despite it having so many bells and whistles already installed. I put off my decision, but as I thought about it, I did add several items. Each time Brent not only was helpful and informative, but if he didn't have the information at hand (some of the add ons were yet to be made available to the public), he found out the information and got back to me about them, and expedited the process. Not only this, but I felt that at the time of purchase, he was an advocate for me in interacting with the agency on my behalf. Prime was wonderful and made the purchasing process easy, fair, and went out of their way to get me the best trade in for my old car. My friend has switched agencies for all his servicing to Prime from his old Toyota agency. I certainly see why. Prime Toyota/Scion's service department, sales department as represented by Brent Scott, and finance manager have been wonderful. I would recommend Prime to anyone who wants to purchase or service a car. More

I was referred to this dealership by a co worker who told me he recently purchased a vehicle from Prime and was satisfied with the service he received. He told me the staff was more than friendly and accomod me he recently purchased a vehicle from Prime and was satisfied with the service he received. He told me the staff was more than friendly and accomodating in helping him find the vehicle he was looking for. My co worker recommended stopping by and talking to his salesman as I was looking to purchase a newer Chevy Tahoe. His salesman Berto worked at Prime Toyota but I was told that Prime has all types of car dealerships and the salesman could probably find me a Tahoe at one of their other locations. I took my co workers advice and met with Berto and within three days of telling him what I was looking for Berto called to tell me he located a Tahoe. The car just came in on a trade at one of their other dealerships and he recommended I come and view it. I did a day later and I ended up purcahsing the vehicle shortly after. I agree with the intial advice my co worker gave me. Berto did an excellent job in helping to put me in the exact vehicle I was looking for. I financed this purchase and their finance department was more than accomodating also. Overall this was a great and easy buying experience and I recommend stopping by and talking to their sales staff if your on the market for a new or used vehicle. More

First of all I want to thank Berto Arroyo for the pleasant and friendly experience that I received when entering the dealership. This guy was the best in so many ways. He is not a pushy salesperson, he listens to a persons needs and wants and what they can afford. He takes pride in his honesty and integrity and makes sure people are comfortable in what they are about to embark in. Berto seems to care more about you than just selling a vehicle, he puts time an effort in to getting a person what they want. The other person who is outstanding was Jesse the general sales manager, this guy was just another human being who showed the same respect and integrity as Berto. Jesse made sure that before a final deal was done that everyone was happy and comfortable. I have bought 2 vehicles from this establishment in the last 6 months, one for my wife and one for me and I would go nowhere else. I live in the NorthShore area of Massachusetts and the drive is worth it. I even have any service done through this place. Prime has in my opinion structured itself in being family orientated and has given the caring and commitment to achieve this style of buisness. If others could follow Primes compassion of conducting buisness than car establishments might become more popular. Prime is number 1 in my book and I have and will continue to recommend everyone that I know looking for a vehicle or service to visit them and I can guarantee that they will be just as satisified as I was. Everyone whom we met at the dealership was very friendly and very pleasant. My husband and I brought our two children with us to purchase a new truck, and my toddler had a wonderful time in their play area and very pleasant.
