I went to this dealer because I had a lease that was ending in May. I went on the last day of the incentives to see what kind of deal I could get. Good Experience, great salesman, beautiful dealership with many amenities such as cafe, tv, etc. but most importantly, there were several incentive programs going on and we were able to work out a great with many amenities such as cafe, tv, etc. but most importantly, there were several incentive programs going on and we were able to work out a great deal for the 2010 Camry that we wanted. I went to Prime to purchase my new RAV4 from Berto because my mother purchased her Highlander from him last year. I will be going back to see him again the next time I need a new vehicle. Elizabeth Wallis was the first contact I had with Prime Toyota, as she responed to my email request for a series of quotes. She responded quickly to my original request and each time thereafter for a numb Toyota, as she responed to my email request for a series of quotes. She responded quickly to my original request and each time thereafter for a number of additional options that I requested prices for. It was very refreshing to receive straight forward responses without the usual, "we only have one of your requested vehicles left so you must act quickly" type pressure which is typical of most other dealers online communications. Upon going into the dealership, Berto Arryo was my salesperson and walked me through the remainder of the process of leasing my new Toyota. He was extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel any pressure thoughout the entire process. I was also very impressed with his high level of professionalism, at no time during our dealings did he badmouth any of the other makes I was considering, rather he focused on the facts plain and simple. My overall experience at Prime Toyota was great and I look forward to doing business again with them in the future. More
I chose Prime Toyota in Saco for two main reasons: they sold the brand I was most interested in and I had heard many good reviews re: their service and quality. Jessica Castonguay was the salesperson I primarily dealy with. Jessica was very friendly and provided a wealth of information about the vehicles on the lot as well as options available from their MA location. I did not buy my new car until my second visit. This allowed me time to do my own homework. On my second visit, I was ready to purchase my car. Jessica remained very helpful and patient through this entire process. I felt that Jessica really paid attention to what I wanted as well as what I was able to afford. I would highly reccomend Jessica, no question:) When it came time to deal with the financing, I dealt with Jim Ropella. I found him to be a rude bully. I am accustomed to negotiation, but was left less than impressed by his condescending manner. In fact, I was ready to leave without purchasing a vehicle solely due to how I was spoken to by Jim. When I was about to leave, in came Jesse Freitas, to close the deal. My experience with Jesse was very postive, he was polite and willing to negotiate. I can honestly say I got the best possible vehicle (in my price range, of course), for the best possible price. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had, in spite of the ornery disposition of Jim Ropella, in financing. I feel that the entire process was straight forward and honest. There was some sales pressure, but I remained completely comfortable as an informed consumer. All the members I encountered from the sales and management team were helpful, friendly and knowledgable. As I've come to expect, Prime had exactly what I was looking for and at pleased with the selection of vehicles and the level of service I received. As I've come to expect, Prime had exactly what I was looking for and at a reasonable price. Both Jessica and John were great to deal with from test drive to closing. The gentleman I dealt with when signing the final paperwork didn't have much in the way of personality, and while I would expect more considering I was handing over a relatively large check to him, this interaction had a very minor impact on my overall experience. I would (and have) recommend Jessica and Prime Toyota to anyone. More

Prime Toyota is a step above the rest when it comes to car dealers. When I decided to purchase a new truck I drove several makes and models at several different dealers. I drove 3 different trucks and Brandon working with the Sales Management Team Sold me the truck I liked the most for the payment I could afford. Customer service was excellent and I never felt pressured to purchase a vehicle they presented me options and let me make a decision. More
