This was my first new car purchase. I went with Toyota again because I had good luck with my Corolla that I traded in. She is also very detailed oriented and made sure I received the best service and all the benefits I was eligible for. I definitely felt like I received a GREAT price and customer service. As this was my first car real car purchase, I had my thoughts on what it would be like. I found this experience to be easy, stressless, and overall excellent. This dealership is truely a rare find. Tom was so helpful. For what ever reason this process of my wife and I buying a car took months and Tom would call me every month to follow up and see if we wer helpful. The service department is one in which you drive into a heated bay where you leave your car for an attendant to take to the garage for service. No going into the Maine elements on those less then lovely days. Cody Bradway was an upbeat,knowledgeable and friendly salesmen. Cody made our car shopping experience a painless one. We purchased 2 vehicles and Mr.Bradway was incredibly helpful in the purchase of both our truck and van. He is excited knowledgeable about the product and takes the time to really go over everything concerning both the new vehicle and the dealership.
