We shopped around quite a bit before buying our Toyota from Prime, and in the end found the dealership to be one of the most responsive and friendly with which we dealt. The physical plant of the dealership is beautiful and well maintained as well, and although we have not yet dealt with the service department, the service bays and work area are clean and well-maintained. We have never purchased a Toyota before, though other family members have. We've driven by the Prime dealership many times, but it was on the recommendation of other customers that we actually decided t family members have. We checked out their inventory on line and found a RAV4 that had all the options we were looking for. Having the inventory on line is a great feature and many dealerships have it, but finding out that their inventory listings were up-to-date was wonderful! Elsewhere, we've often found that the car we were looking for has been sold... but, rather than being truthful and telling us, we've been subjected to high-pressure "sales-speak" in an effort to sell us a vehicle we didn't want. We are thrilled to say that this was NOT the case at Prime! The RAV4 we found on line was still there and the salesperson, Berto Arroyo, was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He came highly recommended by another customer... and now we know why and we've been recommending him and Prime ever since! You should probably know that we stopped by the dealership about an hour before closing on the night before a major snowstorm was forecast. All the cars were packed up tight to allow for plowing, but rather than recommend we come back another day, Berto took the time to locate the car and drive us to the very back of the lot so we could check it out. It was bitter cold, but Berto was so good natured that it turned out to be fun. Berto and Patrick stayed way past closing time to put together the paperwork confirming what we felt was a "great deal." And when we came the next day during the snowstorm, Berto and Jason made sure they answered all our questions. We can't say enough about how knowledgeable and friendly everyone was and is! Both Jason and Berto have called us to ensure that we're enjoying our RAV4 and remain available to answer any questions we may have in the future. Everyone seems to enjoy working at Prime and that says a lot! (It's nice to see a smile and not feel like you're annoying someone.) Make sure you visit Prime for your first or next Toyota. Mac is the head of finance there and he was also really wonderful to work with. One thing that made the experience great was that everyone made sure to explain in detail the deal we were working on, which really put me at ease. If you want to work with honest, genuine hard working (non slimy) sales folks this is THE BEST DEALERSHIP. More
