With a higher mileage Nissan Maxima, in good shape, and nearing retirement, I've been casting about in consideration of a good, low operating cost, fuel efficient, and low mileage used car. Plus, I'm 6'4" tall, so finding a roomy vehicle is always a problem. Liz was a huge help in working through my angst on making the "right" purchase that would feel right. We test drove Camry hybrid/non hybrid, Altim hybrid/non hybrid, and even a Saab. Prime's great inventory allowed this...the other local dealers aren't even close in inventory. When the time came to make a deal on an Altima Hybrid, the Liz and her team came through. And the car prep was perfect. I widh I didn't live so far away (Freeport), or I'd come in for regular service (unless they'll drive me to Bath!?). Kudos to Liz and the folks at Prime. Mark Curry More

Prime has plenty of them and Shawn probably would have let me try them all, but after three test drives, I knew what I wanted. Shawn answered all my questions and moved the process along more quickly than any at dealership I've dealt with. It was a good buying experience thanks to Shawn and the other folks I dealt with. Shaun is #1!!! My mom was looking to buy a new SUV and Toyota was her choice, since we have an older Highlander and they are amazing SUVs! It was an amazing deal, a little more then six thousand off the sticker price on a new 2008 Toyota Highlander. She also raved about the service at the dealership. "Shaun was fantastic!" she told me. I went to the dealership later that day with her to make the purchase of her new car and met Shaun. She was right Shaun was/is a wicked nice guy. He made sure that my mom was taken care of and that I was alset as well. I got to go on the computer while my mom was out back purchasing the Highlander. He was friendly and offered us the many accomidations that the dealership had to offer, such as wi-fi, a cafe and coffe bar, a TV, and there was a kids room for the tiny tots! Shaun was a fun guy, which you could carry on a conversation with quite easily. Which lightened the mood and made the overall experience just great. I would recommender Shaun and this dealership to anyone. The service was great and everyone in there was wicked nice. Customer Service was outstanding and even though I was there for the second half of the car buying process, I was happy to be there! I speak or type for both my mom and I when I say that Shaun is numero uno, #1, and a totally awesome sales rep!!!
