Jeff handles internet sales. Since I lived 3 1/2 hours away, I plagued him with many questions. He addressed them all in a friendly and amusing manner. No games, he offered a decent price and had the truck waiting for me upon my arrival. Liz Wallis took over as salesperson when I arrived and was very knowledgeable and pleasant. After the sale was complete, she didn't have to, but she went out to the new truck with me and setup my blue tooth and cell phone. It was a handy (not to mention SAFER) feature to use on my long ride home. Thanks Liz! There are closer Toyota dealers to me, but PRIME had better price, a personal referral from a previous customer who was very happy with their service, and the only lifetime warranty included when you bought a vehicle through them. I think it was a smart choice, going to PRIME when it came time to buy. More
After being disappointed by our local Toyota dealer 2 miles away from where we live, we went a bit further to search for the deal we want for a 2010 RAV4. I went to Prime Toyota on the recommendation of two co-workers who had very positive experiences with the dealership. Cody Bradway worked with me for 5 hours and couldn't have been more knowledgeable (He obviously LOVES cars!) and attentive. He truly heard what I was saying and that's a big strength in a salesperson as so many don't really listen. He grasped immediately my situation and was able to come up with some options that were possibilities and worked hard at getting me a price I could live with. The closer (don't remember his name) was too slick for my taste, but that's no reflection on Cody's genuineness. I drove off the lot in my "new" 07 RAV and even though it has only been two days, I am happy with the vehicle and the overall experience at Prime Toyota. I will definitely recommend Cody to my friends and family as a guy who obviously knows his stuff and enjoys what he's doing; his exhuberance is contageous! I'm a former Saturn owner (3 of them) mainly because of the fixed pricing and fantastic customer service, but I have a feeling that Prime Toyota may also be one of those special dealerships that keeps customers coming back. By far the worst new car purcase that I have ever had. I have purchased about 18 new cars in my 60 plus years VW Ford Volvo and many Subarus, My first Toyota. The extreme high pressure sales tactics diliberate attempts to confuse the buyer all contributed to a very unpleasant buying experience. They offered a free gas grill at the time and were quick to convince me I'd get a better price if I didn't opt to take it then offered a rediculas trade in for my car a pristine 05 subaru. Finnaly got a reasonable trade in offer but in consideration of the fact that I purchased a Totally loaded Toyota Highlander $43k 08 leftover with no dealer discount (they had it on the lot almost a year) I should have walked out but didn't--MY BADD--. They get an A+ for deception and agression! The final disgusting act was when the high profile owner (you probably see him on TV) called and wanted to know how he could make me happy I put the ball in his court---and nothing--except anger from him telling me he only makes $750 per car a blatient LIE this car was sold to me for aprox $4200 above their invoice. He also went into some detail to tell me that he donates generously to varios charities GREAT when you rip off people like he does you can afford to throw back a few crumbs. The Highlander is a great automobile but too bad the people that sell them ar so dispicaple. More

I was in a bad auto accident three years ago resulting in a spinal fusion. I had taken some test drives locally here in Massachusetts where I live, and decided I liked this particular vehicle. My friend Steve told me he got his Camry serviced at Prime Toyota in Saco, ME. It would have taken several round trips to be able to buy this car as I was out of state. Talking about price with Jim Crocker was actually pleasant, and because of my disability due to my back injury, Jim Crocker had the car delivered literally to my house! Jason the Sales Manager worked with him in making this happen, I couldn't recommend Prime Motor Group more. The entire staff was wonderful, and acted as a team, Leigh-Anne Dalton was fantastic going over all of the technical features of my car. The whole team was easy to deal with, and I felt very relaxed in the showroom. Jim Crocker called me the very next day, and asked how I liked my car and how my back was feeling. Leigh-Ann did the same follow up and said she was only a phonecall or email away for questions. When I told Jim I couldn't thank him enough for all of the extra special service he gave me, he said it was not extra, it was just how Prime does business. He was very humble and an overall great guy. I will be referring many people to Prime, and to Jim Crocker specifically. Leaving the place with a great feeling made all the difference in the world, buy your car here if you want a pleasant, stress free experience. More
