I recently bought a car at prime toyota. My experience was very nice and friendly. Liz and the rest of the staff worked very hard to not only get me in to a car but to get me exactly what I needed. Which was a newer, more reliable car with cheaper payments than my old one. This was not an easy task considering my below average credit. Liz was awesome and she made me feel right at home. She is a great asset to the company. More

My initial experience at Prime Toyota was lengthy, (more than 2.5 hours) however after going back on 2 more occasions to try to make the Rav4 fit, I really liked dealing with Jesse Freitas and Bobby is nice than 2.5 hours) however after going back on 2 more occasions to try to make the Rav4 fit, I really liked dealing with Jesse Freitas and Bobby is nice and knowledgable too. Jesse is warm and friendly and not in a hurry when he speaks to you. I did feel somewhat special at your Toyota dealership (unlike my experience at the Honda dealership). I realllllly like Jesse. His style, demeanor, attention and he gave us a really good deal on a Highlander. It's just too big a car for me and the Rav4 just wasn't quite up to my expectations. If I could, I would buy a car from Jesse, the models just didn't fit my family. He's great though. Keeeeeep him. The best experience I've had with a car dealership. (I did realllly like Matt at your Nissan dealership too, he's very warm, approachable, friendly. I like his style too.) Linda Edgar More

We had the best experience from our salesperson Liz. She treated us with respect and gave us enough information to make our decision without us feeling pressured. Shawn and Jason were great. Shawn gave me alot of different cars to drive in. Because of my short stature, Shawn only showed me cars that would be to my fit, and did not waste our time.
