After I bought the car, Tim took the time to show me all the bells and whistles on the car to make sure I knew how to work them and walked me through the paperwork I’d need for registering it. Throughout the entire process Tim and Jim answered every one of my questions and followed up to make sure I was happy with the car. Tim Simpson and Jeff Slaton are excellent salespeople. Tim sold me two cars and when he was busy, he had his fellow employee Jeff show me several cars. One day this past June I dropped by Prime Toyota in Saco, Maine with the intention of just looking at a new Camry Hybrid. I wanted to go green with a new car and since I liked the looks of the regular Camry Maine with the intention of just looking at a new Camry Hybrid. I wanted to go green with a new car and since I liked the looks of the regular Camry, I thought I'd take a peek. Liz met me at the door with a big smile and a genuine eagerness to be of service to me. I told her why I had come in and because she was pretty sure there wasn't a Camry hybrid on the lot, as they are as scarce as hen's teeth to find and Prime only gets a shipment once a month of vehicles that are already sold to people who have been patiently waiting for them, I settled for looking at pictures and listening to Liz tell me all about the vehicle. She was well versed and knew it from top to bottom. I was sold. I filled out the paper work to get on the waiting list, complete with my first choice of a silver one with gray upholstered seats. Liz then told me that the 2009 regular Camry is just about the same shape and size of the Hybrid, and asked if I would like to try out one of those just to see if it would "fit". She went to get a key and came back with a surprise....the key to the only Hybrid on the lot. We quickly golf carted it out to where it was and wouldn't you know....it was silver with gray upholstered seats! It looked perfect! It drove smoothly and quietly! And in no time at all, it was mine. No regrets whatsoever!!! And Liz keeps in touch. She calls, sends me follow-up letters, was there for my first 5,000 mile check-up and emails me just to see how things are going. She's great!!! So much so that my husband just recently bought a Toyota Tacoma, a silver one with gray upholstered seats, and Liz was there once again every step of the way. We love her!!! We have definitely found a new best friend in Liz and great confidence in this wonderful dealership. More

We were looking for a truck. We went looking in N. Berwick and made our way to Saco. My husband found what he was looking for in a pickup. Later that afternoon I emailed Prime and took phone numbers. We made our trip into Prime at 10am and drove home at 12:30 with our new used truck. The atmosphere was excellent. Very friendly. The associates all included me in their conversations like I was a person. Sometimes women aren't treated with respect at dealerships. I was inpressed by being included in the purchase of our vehicle. We would recommend Prime to anyone looking for a vehicle before going to other places. We had free coffee and donuts. We were offered lunch. They have a lunch bar there. We cannot praise Prime enough. They are professional in all aspects. We love our GMC very much. I needed to be at work by 1 pm. They made sure we had all the paperwork signed and was on the road in time. We would really like to thank Tim Simpson for all he did. He handed me the keys to start the truck. He made sure we were comfortable. He went over the truck very well with my husband. Tim came and checked on us while we waited and helped Steve clean out our Ford Ranger.
