New ownership under Ira and the customer service has gone down the hill. It takes multiple attempts to get through their phone system to find a human being. The “operator” is MIA. When you do get someone, they forward you to other employees who are not even available to take your call. Cannot even leave messages cause the mailboxes are full. Texting is an option, but they rarely respond back. And forget about getting notified when your car is ready. They did not even call us to say they ran into problems. I don’t recognize any of the old employees from when it was Prime Toyota and every time we go now they have different employees. This was by far the worst experience so far but it has been getting worse and worse with each visit after new ownership. A new mechanic is on the horizon. More

Love my 2023 Toyota Highlander however 22000 miles in and told I need new brakes and rotors!!! Asked them to check brakes in June as there were vibrations whenever braking after they had serviced a few month told I need new brakes and rotors!!! Asked them to check brakes in June as there were vibrations whenever braking after they had serviced a few months earlier. Told no issues and now brakes are bad(3 months later). Will be filing a complaint. No reason a $50000 car should need new brakes 18 months in and 22000 miles. More

Getting my Corolla serviced was quick and thorough. I had one more visit on a service plan and it was noted and honored with no hassle on the final bill. Very competent service.
