He didn't play any games with me, and there was no high pressure tactics whatsoever. Fourth vehicle I have purchased in 20 years ( second slightly used) and without hesitation Chris was outstanding. I would most definately buy another Toyota from him. He made the sale for me, with out question. My boyfriend bought his cars from Tom Santispago(Vice President/General Manager) when he was dealing cars down our way. So he gave Tom a call and before you know it we were driving up to Maine to buy me a car! I was'nt sure what to expect. I didn't know exactly what I would be able to afford. I was very nervous the whole hour 1/2 drive up,as I think anyone going to buy a car would be, until I walked in. We were greeted by everyone from Sale's associates to sales managers all the way up to the Big Guy! I immediately felt much more at ease. I had never felt so comfortable walking into a car dealership. It's a beautiful enviornment with professional,friendly people and absolutely "no pressure". Jessica Costonguay was the Sales Associate that sold me my car. She was great with everything from her friendliness to her proffesionalism. Everyone there were super cool! Well after a few hours or so, filling out paperwork and all, it was finally time to go. Don't get me wrong, I was so excited knowing that in minutes I would be driving off in a New 09 Toyota Corolla LE but at the same time I felt a little sad, as if I was losing my friends. I can't say enough about these people! All in all weather you live up in ME or here in MA or anywhere else for that reason, I 100% recomend to anyone wanting to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle to go see these guys!!! We had a great experience working with Jessica. The process was painless and very simple. There was a hugh selection of trucks to chose from and everyone in the dealership was very friendly.
