I bought my first Prime Toyota car from Rob Arey. He was so attentive, caring and honestly cared what I wanted and took it took me a long time to decide and I changed my mind a number of time. From the moment I walked into the showroom until I left with my new Toyota, I was treated with respect, honesty, and met one of the nicest sales and leasing consultants I have ever encountered. Jim Meggison sold me my new Toyota and I would highly recommend him to all. I really dreaded going to purchase a new vehicle as I have had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past and their "pushy" salesman. He went over the vehicle with me inside and out and answered all of my questions without hesitation and was very knowledgeable and curtious. I also met with Jason Theriault, the business manager. Jason is fun and the "paper process" was quick. He also answered all of my questions without hesitation and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. After I left Jason's office, I was once again greeted by Jim. He introduced me to Jason Carr, who is one of the delivery specialists. Jason gave me a tour of the service department and the boutique. He also brought me out to my new vehicle (that had just been washed) and went over the features with me and handed me the keys to my new car. One of the managers came out to thank me for my purchase and he also made sure I was completly satisfied. I had a great experience with Prime Toyota and would not hesitate to buy from them again.
