I traded in my VW Cabrio for a 2007 Camry. Rob, our salesman, was very nice, great sense of humor, basically no problem. After we drove off with our new car, the customer service was very poor. I left 4 messages (one per day) on Rob's voicemail for him to call me back because I forgot to take the license plates on my VW Cabrio and wanted them back and I also wanted floor mats since none were included. My spouse waited 1 hour at the dealership - no one knew anything about the plates for floor mats. I also tried as a last resort to email Rob and there was no reply. As of today, we do not have the plates and we were not contacted by Rob, our saleman. More

We have worked with Prime Toyota for a number of vehicles. The service department has been both fair and efficient. He actually cares about the client and does an excellent job of follow-up and staying in touch when he knows it's time for a new vehicle. Since Ira has purchased the dealership from the Starrs-the dealership has transformed into a state of the art dealership. My first encounter with Ramzi was in 2003 when I entered Prime to inquire about purchasing a new Prius. I knew at the time that the Prius was very difficult to obtain due to large list of backorders. However, Ramsey shook my hand and asked me to come into his office for a cup of coffee. (I had just recently encountered a completely different experience in the Portland Toyota dealership. In fact, I was completely ignored.) We sat, chatted about our families and established an immediate rapport that has lasted since that time. Ramzi is always first to greet me when I have my car serviced. He sends me e-mails not only concerning any needs I might have as a customer, but, we also share personal family photos and photos of trips with each other. Ramzi has one of the most extensive collections of Holiday Villages I've ever seen. Since I met Ramsey in 2003 I've purchased two Toyota Prius from him and have recommended my friends and family to seek him when they need to talk with someone about purchasing a new car. Of course, I continually suggest that they purchase a Prius since I have found it to be an incredible car. I have a muscular disease which makes it painful for me to drive most cars. However, I have little problems driving my Prius which I attribute to good workmanship and design. I do not consider Ramzi a car salesman but consider him my personal car consultant and friend. I have never met anyone in any dealership like Ramsey in the past 45 years of my purchasing cars. He is a special person who exudes energy and a positive attitude. I would suggest anyone wishing to purchase a car see Ramzi first because he will give you honest answers to any question you might have and give you accurate advice. In fact, I am waiting for the 2010 model Prius to become available so I can make a visit to Ramzi and enjoy the experience of purchasing my next car. (I've already consulted him on that one too!) The salesperson, Tim Simpson, went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the Toyota Matrix we bought. The car couldn't be picked up that night, and he made sure it was ready early the sure we were completely satisfied with the Toyota Matrix we bought. We went into Prime with a certain figure in mind per month, and Tim and the Prime finance department worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted and could afford. The entire Prime team was professional and friendly, great with my 6 year old daughter who played with the finance officer's remote control car while we filled out the paperwork. An added bonus (to occupy both my children) was the kids' play area, the aquarium, and the pool table. More

We went to Prime after a referral from a Nissan salesman. We found our truck and Berto was great. We dealt back and forth for well over a hour, making the place stay open late. I walked, they called a couple days later and they went down the $9, but I found another dealer they went down $12 on top of there $9, if they would of went down $9 that night, We would of bought it, I am glad I waited. I've never had a dealer so attentive to all details, including Jimmy called me back because he knew that I was having navigating problems.
