My husband and I would really like to thank Dennis Steeves, the GM of Ira Toyota in Saco. We were having some real serious issues with a used Jeep that we had purchased back in April, and he absolutel Steeves, the GM of Ira Toyota in Saco. We were having some real serious issues with a used Jeep that we had purchased back in April, and he absolutely went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. We could not be more grateful for the quality of effort that was put into place to get us back on the road again. We will most definitely be back to Ira Toyota for a vehicle purchase in the future! 🙌 More
Frustrated and disappointed in explanation of tire issues. The recommended process discussed at service appointment is not showing up on service report. Actually the service report shows immediate need to address tire issues not October like was discussed. Safety is my first concern- this is a family vehicle. Toyota should stop selling cars with crap tires - all the time knowing that they are crap. “manufacturer issue”. Tires need replacing at 15,000 mile visit! Was what started this issue…. During my 4 hours sitting in the waiting room, I listened to service advisors “recommend” extra services to other customers. What a racket; people should be able to shop around for parts and repairs and not to service advisors “recommend” extra services to other customers. What a racket; people should be able to shop around for parts and repairs and not pay the high costs that this dealer charges. They soaked me $70 for a set of brake pads, and $280 for a pair of rotors, double what you’d pay at Napa or Autozone. If I didn’t need my car this weekend, I would have done it myself. And the invoice had “extras” tacked on that I didn’t expect - inspection fee and a “shop charge”. More
I received no information as a follow up regarding my car after service. Just pay bill and leave. Also a mystery where to find my car after service. Not pleased at all.
