I first meet Berto Arroyo 10 years ago when I was looking for a Highlander. He was referred to me! When you think of a salesman you think of someone that is very pushy and try selling you just anything well for a Highlander. He was referred to me! You tell him what you’re looking for and in the price range and he will find it for you. He does not make you feel pressured Into buying something you don’t want. Or if you’re not ready at that time. I contacted Berto about getting a new 4 runner. I told him exactly what I was looking for in the new 4 runner he found it for me and made the process extremely easy no stress. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable driving it got everything hooked up inside with the screen and on my phone. Berto is always a pleasure to work with and my family will always go back to him with all of our vehicles! More

We bought an Avalon from Ira in 2021 and had a good experience so returned again looking for a used vehicle. We met Cooper and he zeroed right in on what I was looking for: low mileage, fair price and experience so returned again looking for a used vehicle. We met Cooper and he zeroed right in on what I was looking for: low mileage, fair price and one of 4 foreign made cars I was open to. Initially I drove a Mazda that I loved but it didn’t have the room I wanted. I was barely out the driveway when I knew the Subaru Outback was the right car for me. Most importantly I never felt pressured. Cooper was knowledgeable and wanted to help me find the right vehicle. Then we closed the deal (paperwork) with Brandon who had sold us the Avalon several years ago. You have a good team of sales agents who like what they do and want to make a buyer happy. More
Quality service always. Service reps are friendly and knowledgeable. My reps was great and she made sure everything was done in a timely manner, Give Lacey a raise! On another note: I was perusing new vehicles on the lot while waiting for my service and noted there was zero new onsite inventory for the two models I'd be interested in. Spoke with a very nice and helpful sales rep in that regard and he noted that the models I had in mind were very popular and that lot inventory is kept low by Toyota. When I go to any store to buy something, especially a car, I want to thoroughly check it out. I might look to other dealerships to find what I need for a new vehicle when the time comes, which is very soon. More
