This was my first time ever visiting or using a Toyota dealership for absolutely anything. And I just want to say my experience here was truly out of this world. I had to get an alignment and balance for dealership for absolutely anything. And I just want to say my experience here was truly out of this world. I had to get an alignment and balance for my vehicle and they went above and beyond for me and my vehicle. I was very impressed with the speed and precision they worked and always made sure I felt comfortable while my car was in the shop with any questions I had asked being answered. My service advisor was Lacey and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service and overall enjoyment of my vehicle being in the shop. It’s never something you want to do but they made it a streamline and easy process and made me feel comfortable and like family 10/10 would recommend. More
Went to this dealership for an air bag issue I was having. They told me it was going to cost $1,000 for me to fix it. I left and scheduled an appointment with a local mechanic who then told me the iss having. They told me it was going to cost $1,000 for me to fix it. I left and scheduled an appointment with a local mechanic who then told me the issue with my car is a recall, I then went to a different Toyota dealership to double check that my issue is in fact a recall. IRA in Saco never told me my issue was a recall and that I could wait until the remedy came out to get it fixed. The only option they gave me was to pay $1,000 for it to be fixed. I’m glad I left and had a different mechanic check it. More

The man who sold me extra add ons (longer warranty, debt and tire protection, etc), talked waaaay to fast and seemed to have a canned speech, that was not personalized. He didn't like when I stopped him, to ask questions. The whole presentation was uncomfortable to sit through. I couldn't wait until i was done with him. More

I brought my truck in for a sticker and my service rep Ben told me I should have my scheduled maintenance done while I was there . Worked out get didn’t have to take anymore time off from work.
