I scheduled an appointment to pick up my second key fab as I only received one because of the chip shortage. Buying a vehicle here is simple and quick. The service department has been less than favorable. Just would have thought trash would be cleaned out of a car when serviced. Needed my car back and was told would be done by 1pm. Had to call at 2pm and see if it was done, and it was, just no one let me know. More
