I went in for an AC issue - a rodent had made a nest in the air box because the car had sat for quite a long time. This dealership told me they would clean out the air box and see if resolved the issue. Th the air box because the car had sat for quite a long time. They then called and said the AC was completely inoperable and that it needed a new air box (it would be over $1000 to repair this). I told them I would think about it and that I wanted to pick up the car. They tried to convince me to keep the car at the dealership and that they would be able to fix it on Monday when they got the parts. I am very glad I said no to this - when I picked up the car the AC was working completely fine and still is 6 months later. They clearly tried to scam me and I will not be using them again for any service. More
