The reason for my brief response regarding my experience at Prime Toyota while having my Highlander serviced was the consistency of how I am always treated at Prime. I get a request to review my experience every time I bring one of my two Toyotas in to be serviced and I bring both vehicles in every 5,000 miles - so I get a lot of request for how they did. It's never fun to sit and wait for your vehicle to be done but it's pretty comfortable sitting in their waiting area. I'm just waiting for my new Highlander to arrive so I'll be spending a few more years with the people at Prime Toyota.
