Made my appointment on Wednesday, your service department responded within hours of what was needed and I gave the go ahead. The unfortunate part was they told me on Friday that they were going to get the w responded within hours of what was needed and I gave the go ahead. The unfortunate part was they told me on Friday that they were going to get the work done on Saturday ( truck was dropped off Wednesday morning) supposedly a big delay with parts. Saturday morning I received a call telling me that they are unable to complete the work because they were short staffed more delays. After giving an ear full to the 3rd service writer that was handling my repairs she went back and spoke with the service department manager and apparently went with my suggestion because the work got completed Saturday “They wanted to push my truck repair’s off and take more appointments in on Saturday” Long time customer that pays the more expensive rate with going to your dealership, I expected better service and a discount for the delay, instead I had to pay more than the original quote. The long and short is your 3 service writers demonstrated they only care about making more money and not the repeat business. Awesome dealership, I’ve always had great service and was always happy with my Rav 4 I purchased and serviced there for 6 years. Not so happy with this past service. I’m not sure if it was the construction but it felt very confusing when pulling up for service, an not as welcoming. I then sat in the lobby for 2 hours for a tire rotation? I was text that a woman was there fore me but only a guy came out to me, to explain what was going on with my vehicle, didn’t know his name! when my car was done a woman came to me. Then I was sent outside to look for my vehicle and couldn’t find it! After walking around the lot I found my car by the license plate. Very disappointed for this service but will be back for brakes and a flush. I’ll give it another try and blame it on the construction. More
