BEWARE of this dealership! They snuck in a bogus $4000 charge on my lease and called it a “rental fee”. I own some responsibility I should’ve gone over the contract before signing. But I have been dealing with another dealership that was very honest and forthright. Unfortunately they couldn’t get the car I wanted so unfortunately I went with Ira. The unfortunate thing is this could’ve been fixed so easily but they clearly don’t care about their customers. More

James Ellis is a finance manager who should be fired. He doesn't answer his phone or return emails. I was smart enough to record a verbal conversation re: getting reimbursed for being overcharged for services. They won't reimburse me or follow-up with me in anyway at all. It's horrible, buy a car somewhere else. More
